Old style Games

The manager will not tolerate employees sticking up for themselves against racist and anti-Semitic remakes a manager makes and instead you will be fired for complaining about such issue so if you want to continue to support someone who acts this way then by all means indulge here

Way too overpriced. Menu says choose two as if you get a deal. End up spending 40 dollars for two ppl in a drive thru for lunch. Won't make that mistake again.

Alright, my husband and I have been sick for five days. I really did not feel like cooking. I went through the Arby’s drive through— they were closed. So then I chose Panera because I was hungry and impatient.A few things wrong with this scenario:1.) the drive through takes forever.2.) apparently when you ask for a bread bowl (and they’re out), they don’t understand that you wanted some kind of bread in the bag. If I’m going to pay $9.00 for some soup, I’m sopping up all the soup with some over priced/hard bread!!!2.) if you order a flat bread pizza, and they’re out of boxes, then they’ll recommend that you goIn, order it in the restaurant, and take it home. (That doesn’t fix the box issue, and that also defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru)My last and final issue:I did 2 of the pick two meals. The first was a half turkey bacon bravo, and some broccoli cheddar soup (cup). The second was a steak and white cheddar half sandwich with the turkey chili (cup).I also got a small cup of the Mac and cheese for my daughter.$43.00 was my total. I know to some people this doesn’t sound like a crazy total. But here’s the thing, 2 half’s are a whole. So one whole sandwich. 2 cups is a bowl, so one bowl, and one cup of Mac and cheese was $43.00!! WOW.But:It was tasty. All of us ate, and it was sufficient enough to fill us for the time being.

Love the fresh and healthy options that Panera offers! Of course their baked goods are amazing too... if I'm in need of a treat. :)

Food was great, place was very clean, coffee hot and tasty. But a special shout out to Tina, who went above and beyond in customer service for my mom, who was having trouble chewing the baguette bread for her sandwich. I asked for softer bread thinking we could just change it out, but Tina remade her sandwich so it would be fresh. We had just left a dr. appt where my mom had gotten much needed good news and Tina's kindness was just the cherry on top!

I’m usually a big fan of Panera, but this is the least efficient drive through ever. We waited close to ten minutes at the drive through—we were the only car and we ordered breakfast pastries! The prices at this location are noticeably higher than downstate locations. Over $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, and they don’t even spread it for you!

Treats their employees terribly. I worked here for almost 2 years, and towards the end, they prioritized making insane profits over the employees. They do not want you to deliver quality food (even though the prices are insane). Rather, they want you to make everything as sparingly as possible, i.e. they would limit us to putting 4 olives on a salad or 7-12 pieces of pepperoni on a sandwich. If you're wondering why your food is taking so long to be prepared (especially after 4-5 pm) it's because they are severely UNDERSTAFFED and the staff that IS there is severely OVERWORKED. Eating here is not worth it anymore as everything is overpriced and bad quality. But PLEASE do not blame the employees... blame the GM and corporate for encouraging the downfall of this restaurant ??

I waited over 10 minutes in drive thru with one car ahead of me. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. My coffee was cold and my bagel was plain, no cream cheese. My first and last visit. Go to Big Apple Bagel if you are in Traverse City and pass by here!

Good food.... if you want to spend that much money for fast food. I got the almond chicken half sandwich, half chicken noodle soup and a coffee. My husband got the steak and cheese half sandwich with fugi apple chicken half salad, with a coffee for a total of $37 for both of us. The food tasted good, but was it worth almost $40? My chicken noodle soup was soupy.....mostly broth. Hardly any noodles and virtually no chicken in it. The half sandwich was good. My husband had no complaints.... but again....Really not worth spending that much money for fast food.
