Friendly staff and great subs!
We came in for a carryout on 10/16 and there was a younger gentleman who greeted us. He was very polite and friendly. The rest of the employees, especially the manager were not so pleasant. They openly humiliated him infront of a dining room full of customers for taking to long to do boxes. The manager proceeded to to make snarky remarks and snip about things. Usually with living Florida we are not able to dine at FS as a family. With always being out of gluten free bread. While traveling in Traverse City Michigan we found a location and decided to stop as see if they had gluten free bread. They did! We all love FS so as a family we were able to dine here.
