We came in for a carryout on 10/16 and there was a younger gentleman who greeted us. He was very polite and friendly. The rest of the employees, especially the manager were not so pleasant. They openly humiliated him infront of a dining room full of customers for taking to long to do boxes. The manager proceeded to to make snarky remarks and snip about things. While the food is always great, I was not impressed with the way him and others behavior. Definitely not how a manager...

Usually with living Florida we are not able to dine at FS as a family. With always being out of gluten free bread. While traveling in Traverse City Michigan we found a location and decided to stop as see if they had gluten free bread. They did! We all love FS so as a family we were able to dine here.

It wasn’t to bad of a sub. They cook the steak, peppers and onions like a Philly steak should be. But I couldn’t watch them make it and add anything to it. But the price was a little high. The place could have been cleaned up a little better
