Cashier was coughing all over our food and all the coffee was empty.

Didnt change knives before cutting a bagel with plain cream cheese after one with strawberry. Cashier had airpods in and could barely hear us. Bagel selection was terrible.

Much worse than every other big apple bagel I have ever been to

I am usually at my store opening so I don't come in, my wife usually makes my order from here. But today I happened to need to be at work early and I came in. I ordered my usual (big apple BLT with honey oat) and it was already out within maybe 2 mins. I noticed they had coffee and I got the creme caramel latte, I swear it is absolutely the best ive ever had. The caramel was at just the right amount to make it the main flavor without being overpowering. And true to its name, it was definitely creamy. I highly suggest this spot for anyone in the area looking for filling food and actually good coffee.

Used a new app to get day old items for Very reduced price . Had to pick them up at specific times but that was no big deal. Got 7 bagels assorted variety for 3.99

Getting a sandwich here is always a nice treat. Lots of options to choose from when it comes to the choice of bagel and even the cream cheese. I had the BLT this time; the lettuce and tomato balances out the saltiness of the crispy bacon.

I got an Asiago bagel with barely any cheese on it and what cheese was on it was burnt. I worked at Big Apple before and I know this is not how the bagel should have been served to a customer. As expensive as this sandwich is and I don't even get the cheese that is suppose to be on it, I am not happy. Big Apple on Kalamazoo Ave SE in Grand Rapids needs to fix this. Not acceptable.

The food was cold and the muffins were stale. Honestly gross and a waste of money.

I asked what came with the combo. She said I could have a muffin, coffee and a sandwich. After selecting the sandwich and item they changed their mind and said I can’t have a coffee. It was so petty and small that I just walked out rather than pay for any of their bad service and food. I will not be back to this location and I normally love big apple bagels.
