Nothing like a big apple bagel, unless you are talking about a big apple blueberry muffin! The muffin was scrumptious, the staff was helpful, and the atmosphere ok. It would have been better had there not been a young woman who thought the whole place wanted to hear all about her life as she spoke with a friend only a couple feet away from her. Otherwise, a great place to chill for a while.

The person taking our order was very rude. It was our first time coming to this establishment and our last until something is done about this employee. Whether this person quits or gets fired, we won’t return until she’s gone.As a fair reviewer, the good bagels were offset by the poor service. I have worked in the service industry and would never have treated anyone like this. I am so embarrassed that my immigrated wife has gotten such a bad taste in her mouth due to this worker. Sorry, honey. Not everyone is this unprofessional.I hope this review can impact one person to go elsewhere for food. Vote with your dollar. Don’t support bad service.

Bagels tasted fine. But the worker at the counter acted like she wanted to quit. Unkind and very short with us even though we tried to be so nice. We decided not to come back here again even though we liked these bagels.Please refrain from visiting this shop. It's not fair to be treated so poorly despite kindness. There are better alternatives for food nearby.

I come from New Jersey, where bagels are pretty hard to beat. I have to say I very much enjoyed my cheddar bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. If I'm in Michigan again, this will be my go-to place for a bagel. I also got the Apple cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. OMG, it was so good.

This place has gone way downhill the last two years! The food has gotten worse, and they mess up every order I get. The people are not as friendly as they used to be and the service is very slow.
Charging to slice bagels after years of not? No thanks, that's the most ridiculous change. Everything is already more expensive, now we get chain companies nickle and diming us even more.

We walked in where the cashier didn't say hi or welcome. She said we close in 15 min. When my daughter apologized the cashier only said that's all we have as she pointed to the mostly empty baskets. When my daughter asked for the pumpkin bagel she rolled her eyes and said fine. She was rude while my grandchildren picked out a couple of muffins. She never offered cream cheese on the one bagel we got. My daughter had to ask for it. When we got the bagel out to the car it had a very small amount of cream cheese essence on it. Like you could still see dry bagel when we opened it up. This cashier refused to offer anything to the others that walked in behind us. Just told them that "we close in 8 min" they walked out. We will never go back. She was rude obnoxious and obviously more concerned with closing time then serving a customer. And there were a BUNCH of bagels sitting off to the side of all the baskets!!

We came in this morning excited to give this place a try, and the woman at the counter was unbelievably rude. I left feeling disappointed that I gave this place my business, and I wish I just canceled my order and went down the street to Panera or Biggby. People deserve kindness especially when kindness is given.
