Second year in a row that I’ve had multiple packs of salmon ruined because they are not properly sealed after paying extra to have it done.
They can pack the smoked salmon steaks in burger-sized packs, perfect for freezing. My sister takes them home to California on the airplane.

Big O Smokehouse has really great smoked fish and smoked brisket. I use their products for high end retreats and people are always wowed by the Big O Smokehouse products.
Big O’s Smoked Grouper Dip is absolutely amazing, can’t get enough of it. It’s great on crackers, sandwiches, or frankly just straight out the package with a spoon. I also enjoy their smoked salmon, especially as a post-workout protein boost. Incredible flavor, locally-sourced ingredients, and family owned - what’s not to love?
First time here - got BBQ plate -meat wasn't as great as it was described but the sides and the shakes the bomb - just delicious

They did some remodeling since the last time I've been there. Very nice. I go for the smoked salmon and buffalo jerky. My dog and cat are big fans of the smoked salmon.
