staff is so kind, so upbeat. even in the brutal morning michigan cold. i stop by most mornings before work and not only is the food and drinks the best pick me up (thank you to the lovely ladies for my redbull mocktails) to their sweet smiles, kind conversation and hilarious jokes. it's definitely the best coffee place around. i love my caffeine. but i definitely love the people behind my caffeine even more ☺️

My daughter and I love Biggby but this location was not a good experience... waited a long time to order even though we were the only onea in line. Then they were out of Bananas and gave ua the wrong drink. And I had to ask 2 time just to ger my muffin I ordered.

Stood at counter waiting to order while 4 employees put orders together for drive thru never even being acknowledged or a “we will be right with you”. for more than 10 minutes. Another couple behind us just decided to leave and go to McDonald’s to get their coffee. Heads up employees. At the very least acknowledge your customers when they come in. Not workers the cost of the actual coffee.

Slow service and almost our entire order was incorrect. I was only given one bragel when I ordered four. It took them about 15 extra minutes (too long) to make it right. When I got home, my kids realized the muffins I ordered were the wrong kind.
Slow service, cold food that should have been hot, ordered coffee cake muffins but received pumpkin muffins, plus they missed half my order so I had to go inside and wait even longer for what they missed. No attempt to help rectify the situation either.

The drinks are very expensive, and it's extremely annoying when staff asks for an electronic tip! It seems so many are entitled these days. BIGGBY should pay their employees more, instead of expecting customers to do it
