I did not have a good experience at this location unfortunately. I went in on Sunday the 15th of December at around 1 pm. The crew that was working was not very helpful. They charged me for three drinks when I only ordered 2. The bill was 23$, I started thinking that it didn’t seem right so I asked for a receipt… I was also not asked if I wanted a receipt to begin with. I am not trying to be harsh but I am a barista myself, I work at Starbucks and customer service is very important. So that’s why I held them to a high standard. But as soon as I presented the problem I felt like an inconvenience, they were quite rude with me when I was explaining that I only had two drinks. Then they proceeded to just give me a free drink card.. I asked if they do refunds, which I knew they could and I only wanted to refund the amount that was not supposed to be charged to my card. I believe she was a shift lead, she sighed really big and said what’s the issue ( very aggressively) I thought it was very rude cause I have never treated my customers like that. She told me straight to my face that their system doesn’t allow refunds. This was after I apologized and told them I worked at Starbucks and I knew that it was annoying. I got off of the phone with my friend that is a manager at Biggby in Lowell and she told me that they can absolutely do refunds. I am very disappointed and upset in how I was treated here. Not welcoming or nice at all. The girl that took my order tried arguing with me after I brought it up and I was thrown off by her attitude and I said Im not upset or tying to argue and then she walked away and that’s when the other lady stepped in. The funny thing is that I understand that these situations are annoying but you should always try to make the moment right with your customers and they did not do that at all. They might need to be trained better on customer service skills. I also feel like I got screwed over today and that’s very unfortunate, I don’t normally write reviews so that should speak volumes. I hope they don’t do this to the next person.

Do not go here if it is raining. The owner put a canopy over the window to protect the workers but dumps all of the water inside your car. They need to better. Can not believe this issues has not been brought to their attention.

This was your typical biggbe's coffee house. Nothing unique or special about it. That said, the place was clean, neat and the staff were friendly and professional. I would most definitely return back to this biggby location.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of available wheelchair access by way of parking entrance to the store, and getting into the store, and moving around. They were very accommodating to anyone disability.

Buggby to me is consistent. I really like their coffee options. You can usually always find a coupon and I have not been to one that I have had bad service.I personally like the spotted owl, and the teas they have to offer.Im not able to comment on the food as I have not had it.Yup, I'll go back. ?
