We ordered breakfast sandwiches with cheese, eggs, and sausage. We received honey biscuits. We took them in to have them corrected. He out a glove on only one hand as he unwrapped and wrapped our food. The cheese wasn't melted, and the biscuits were burnt. This food and service was beyond disappointing.

I’ve had very positive experience with the staff. They’re always friendly and kind 😊 But my issue is that I’ve had my order mixed up at this location 3 times. I was given the wrong coffee twice and then the wrong bragel another time. By the time I noticed I was too far out to head back 😣

I recommend double checking your order before leaving. Especially if you live/work further out!

I haven't been to the Caledonia location before but just like usual my 24oz butter bear frozen was DELICIOUS 🤤 the wait wasn't very long and the batista was polite. Highly recommend 👌 my drink definitely looked better when I first got it but I just had to dig right in, the proof is in the pictures 😁

Second time here in a month, two medium coffees $6 + and my coffee isn’t even hot, it luke warm at best. It’s a coffee shop and I can’t get a hot coffee?!

I did not have a good experience at this location unfortunately. I went in on Sunday the 15th of December at around 1 pm. The crew that was working was not very helpful. They charged me for three drinks when I only ordered 2. The bill was 23$, I started thinking that it didn’t seem right so I asked for a receipt… I was also not asked if I wanted a receipt to begin with. I am not trying to be harsh but I am a barista myself, I work at Starbucks and customer service is very important. So that’s why I held them to a high standard. But as soon as I presented the problem I felt like an inconvenience, they were quite rude with me when I was explaining that I only had two drinks. Then they proceeded to just give me a free drink card.. I asked if they do refunds, which I knew they could and I only wanted to refund the amount that was not supposed to be charged to my card. I believe she was a shift lead, she sighed really big and said what’s the issue ( very aggressively) I thought it was very rude cause I have never treated my customers like that. She told me straight to my face that their system doesn’t allow refunds. This was after I apologized and told them I worked at Starbucks and I knew that it was annoying. I got off of the phone with my friend that is a manager at Biggby in Lowell and she told me that they can absolutely do refunds. I am very disappointed and upset in how I was treated here. Not welcoming or nice at all. The girl that took my order tried arguing with me after I brought it up and I was thrown off by her attitude and I said Im not upset or tying to argue and then she walked away and that’s when the other lady stepped in. The funny thing is that I understand that these situations are annoying but you should always try to make the moment right with your customers and they did not do that at all. They might need to be trained better on customer service skills. I also feel like I got screwed over today and that’s very unfortunate, I don’t normally write reviews so that should speak volumes. I hope they don’t do this to the next person.
