The manager that was working this morning 9/15/25 was very rude and made it clear that the staff is inconsistent with their training.

Stood at counter waiting to order while 4 employees put orders together for drive thru never even being acknowledged or a “we will be right with you”. for more than 10 minutes.
Another couple behind us just decided to leave and go to McDonald’s to get their coffee.
Heads up employees. At the very least acknowledge your customers when they come in. Not workers the cost of the actual coffee.

Slow service, cold food that should have been hot, ordered coffee cake muffins but received pumpkin muffins, plus they missed half my order so I had to go inside and wait even longer for what they missed. No attempt to help rectify the situation either.

The drinks are very expensive, and it's extremely annoying when staff asks for an electronic tip! It seems so many are entitled these days. BIGGBY should pay their employees more, instead of expecting customers to do it

We ordered breakfast sandwiches with cheese, eggs, and sausage. We received honey biscuits. We took them in to have them corrected. He out a glove on only one hand as he unwrapped and wrapped our food. The cheese wasn't melted, and the biscuits were burnt. This food and service was beyond disappointing.

I’ve had very positive experience with the staff. They’re always friendly and kind 😊 But my issue is that I’ve had my order mixed up at this location 3 times. I was given the wrong coffee twice and then the wrong bragel another time. By the time I noticed I was too far out to head back 😣

I recommend double checking your order before leaving. Especially if you live/work further out!

Slow and then tell me don't forget to tip. Done with this place guess back to Starbucks. Unless tips get pushed there too. :(😞
