Caledonia Nutrition is a great place to get all your nutrition needs. Protein shakes are delicious and filling and usually get a shake with a probiotic. The tea bombs are refreshing loaded with energy and I get collagen added to mine. They have donut shots which is a belly fat burner. Sheryl and Tiffany are absolutely amazing and super friendly. You will love this place and I definitely recommend it.

I was able to enjoy a great Creamsicle Shake with extra protein this morning and it was absolutely delicious! The girl that waited on me was so personable and it was nice conversing while I waited for my shake. She was also very helpful on choosing something and adding extra protein to keep me going today. Such a cute place!

Very friendly service. Drinks are delicious. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's very expensive. Also they skimp on the sizes. Yes you can get a 32 oz, but they fill it to the top with ice. The drink is actually mixed in a 20 oz cup and they pour it into the 32oz cup. I'm paying for 32 oz but getting a lot less. One time she filled my cup but it wasn't filled to the top so she just topped the remaining few ounces with water. Not much bang for your buck. 10 dollars for 20ish ounces of drink is tough for me to spend consistently.

I ordered a 16 oz. Raspberry tea with mango flavored aloe and pomegranate collagen. Within 10 minutes of drinking this tea; my upper lip, gums and teeth started to feel tingly and numb. It's an hour later and still feel it. Very scary. Will not be back!!!

Always love coming here after my workout...or sometimes just to visit. The ladies that own the shop are wonderful and sometimes I just go to hang out and chat.Highly recommend stopping in to give it a try.They serve protein shakes and energy teas. My order is usually between $12-$23.

Truthfully the tea tastes like penicillin mixed with pop. They have papers to right orders on but yet they made my shake the way she wanted to instead of the way the paper specified. Definitely won't be back

This isn't a nutrition shop or a smoothie place, it's an MLM front for Herbalife. Stay far away from this unhealthy garbage.. there have been many cases of liver injury after consuming these products!
