Terrible
The prices were good, the staff was friendly. My only problem, and its kind of a big one.... the employee scooping the ice cream touch my ice cream with her bare hands. She used her finger to push the ice cream up. That's disgusting!
Enjoyed our soft serve ice cream today! They serve Hudsonville ice cream and make flurries. Open 11-8 Monday through Friday, and 12-8 on weekdays. Make sure you tip the staff.
It says it's open online.but the place is dark.a d empty.drove all the way over here.and no one is there....

Arrived 30 minutes before close and saw 3 young boys in the back messing around. They made eye contact and laughed at us multiple times. They never came to the window to address if they open or closed and ignored us for 5 minutes until we left. Disappointed to say the least. Took our to Byron Center.
Not open when it says they are.
Only reason why I have it a 2 was because the area is beautiful for ice cream, but it says they were open and they weren't. No sign available to say wether they were closed or open.

Very convenient and prices are good but i agree with the comments earlier that the hours are not consistent. The staff is very poor. I have been to a lot of different ice cream shoppes and they are the slowest by far. They many times do not know how to work the computer and then it takes a long time to fill orders.
I also went there recently and found them to be closed. They should list the months when they are open. I love going there in the summer and wish they were opened longer.
Online says it was open until 9, sign in the window says they're open until 9. Showed up at 8:05, they were closed
