such good food and friendly environment!
Went for Dads birthday. First time here. First of all server was great …however we never got the appetizer we ordered. She said the kitchen was doing food tasting and didn’t see the ticket . How is that my fault? She said they were overwhelmed. We were there at 430 on a Monday literally 3 tables Including us. Hate to see what happens when they fill up. My dad order steak med well. It came very well done and he could barely chew it. The brisket Ragu was ok but the brisket was more like brisket crumbles comparable to bacon crumbles on a salad. My steak fajitas were very good. That would be the only dish I would recommend. As first timers I would not return. So disappointing as I have heard such good things.
Our waitress Kayla, amazing and the cocktails are so good. The yummy bubbly butter shrimp and tasty fried cauliflower were perfect as shared food for 2!
Excellent food!! Needs more staff on Saturday afternoon.

We had a great lunch. The new menu looks great, and the Cubano was very good.

Never been to FireRock Grille until Sunday. I ordered an appetizer to share with my son. It said it was jumbo. I have never seen a soft pretzel that large. It feed 5 of us. It was the best soft pretzel that I've had. I then ordered a red river salad. Or boy! That was delicious also. Definitely will go back.

We went there on a Sunday evening. Had reservation and we literally had to wait for 40 minutes before our waitress even came to get our orders ?. After putting in the orders, I am telling you it literally took an hour before we got our food ?. I looked around that evening and I only saw 2 tables, one had 4 people and the other also had 4 people. On top of it they both been there before us!!! The New York strip was full of FAT and Gretel. It's not worth the money we had to spend on that evening. I just can't believe we literally spent like $400 hundreds on the evening that was supposed to be a good food and experience, but very disappointed in the waitress and food. Oh yeah, we still eating our dinner, the waitress keep wanting to take our place. What up with that!! She needs to be trained more and better. Just not happy with the whole experience at this restaurant. My parents are out of town, for us to take them there and spend that much money,we expect a good food and good waitress!!! I would not recommend it to anyone in my family or friends to go here.

The waitresses were great and scenery of this resturant is beautiful and very clean! However, the food is a whole different story. My partner and I both ordered the NY strip steak and asked for it medium rare. My steak came back completely pink, the outside was grey, there was 0 crust/scorch marks, and you could tell that they didn’t pat dry the steak before cooking because of the amount of moisture in the steak where it looked and tasted as if it was boiled. What made it even worse was that my partners steak was served to him practically RAW. The inside was dark uncooked pink and the actual texture and quality of the steak was awful. Both steaks lacked any sort of flavor/seasonings untop of being cooked poorly. For 30 dollars, we expected much better cooking and steak. Even outback steak house was better than this.

Great steaks and the sauces are phenomenal. My favorite is the horseradish one. The sides are all great, difficult choice sometimes. The Ahi tuna is fantastic. I wish they had a better beer tap selection but I won’t complain as their cocktails are fantastic. As since dessert is last, the peanut pie is worth every calorie!
