They charge 1.49 for a slice of cheese. Maybe next time I'll bring my own cheese and give it to them to put on my sub while they make it or put it on myself. There's more lettuce on it the sub than anything else. Just as well order a lettuce sub. It was 20 bucks for two turkey subs.

May 19th 12:45pm, a "Karen" was yelling at the employees because she cancelled her online order by accident and still wanted it. Employees handled it professionally and without losing their temper. I believe the employees were Kobe and Shawn maybe if I understood their names. Our service was great and it was good to see these employees handle irate customers with class.

The only complaint we have is the move to eliminate Dijon mustard from the cubano. Yellow mustard should never be on a Cuban sandwich.
Service is always good and quick at this location. It's connected to a gas station so that's convenient if you need gas and want a quick sub and keep it moving.

For some reason this store has people who do not read the directions. Had to take my order back tonight because 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong and then they still failed to make one of the sandwiches incorrectly a 2nd time. I asked for peppers to be added, didn't think that was hard to do. Still couldn't get it right. This happens often. Also ask for Xtra meat and 90% of the time they fail to add the Xtra meat and yet charge over $5 for it. Not happy with this store. Used to order often from there but stopped for this reason. Tried again and they can't read the orders. Sad! I love Jimmy John's but tired of the orders getting messed up.

Food taste great and fresh. Service was good aswell and the restaurant was clean. Pricetag I feel is a little higher that expected but not super outrageous either. I personally feel my meal should of been maybe 2 dollars less than it was.
