I placed an order for delivery and called to check on it after 30min and was told it would be there soon. Great! After another 30min, called again and was told it had been delivered, which it had not. The call somehow got disconnected, and I received another phone call from a Good Samaritan who informed me that my order had been delivered to their house, which was approximately 20min away from my address. WHAT IN THE WORLD???? Called JJs and received no apology, and still had no food after waiting for over an hour. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and extremely hangry and ready to burn the world down at this point. Never piss off the pregnant lady.

Placed an order at 830 pm. I ordered a toasted sub. I get a call from the store informing me that they already turned the toaster off. They close at 9pm. Ridiculous then you only sell the toasted subs until 830 when you are open to 9. So the entire menu is not available from open to close. Also none of the subs were marked. How am I supposed to know what subs are which as I ordered multiple subs.

Every time I order from this location, which is within 1.2 miles, the delivery takes an hour. The drinks are always watered down, and they frequently forget items. It's incredibly disappointing. The manager told me I'd receive a free sandwich due to their mistake, but when I called to claim it, they had no idea what I was talking about, even after I provided the name they had written down.

Sandwich was so damn hard, just awful. Especially when people are tied to a 30 minute lunch break at work and hope to spend money on good food.
They charge 1.49 for a slice of cheese. Maybe next time I'll bring my own cheese and give it to them to put on my sub while they make it or put it on myself. There's more lettuce on it the sub than anything else. Just as well order a lettuce sub. It was 20 bucks for two turkey subs.
