Little Caesars Pizza

This is by far the worst little ceasers in franchise history. Ignorant rude young staff coupled with old reheated and reboxed food. Shut this place down or get employees who give a crap.

Need better service, waiting 30 min in store after ordering on phone 20 minutes prior. Because they kept helping people who came in instead of the line. And then made our simple pizzas wrong and so charged more for them and gave attitude about it.
Terrible location dont recommend!

I would put a zero if I could. Without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Totally overcooked. Literal cardboard.

Female manager at Caledonia branch, on 9/19/2025, evening shift was most unprofessional and rude.
I was trying to place an order, costume made pizzas, have done it many times before, and never had a problem.
She was not helpful, didn't want eve try to understand what I want, would not share her name with me. And rudely hang up on me.
I hope she chooses or change her profession.
My family likes little Caesars Pizza, but we will have to choose something else or go to a different branch.

Person who answered the phone was not very cordial ! Pizza didn't have hardly any cheese on it or toppings for a supreme! Plenty of pepperoni though! This is the worst experience we have ever had at Little Caesars!

These pizza puffs are so sad. I’ve ordered these several times and they have never looked like this. The middles are caved in and mostly breading

The extra most bestest pizza is not terrible but not good either. The cheese is mainly to half the pizza.

I will say it’s my fault that it got a little squished. That has nothing to do with this review.

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed from this location. I would suggest going to the location in Cascade if you live in the alto area. They make way better pizza and pizza puffs.

I ordered through the app. This is not a review for the service or atmosphere. This is solely about the food.

Went in to get two simple pizza hoping that a pepperoni and a sausage pizza just ready to go, but they only had one cheese pizza. He told me it would be a 10-15min wait which I was fine waiting. When I went back in I had to wait about another minute to get my pizzas. When I got home I open up my sausage pizza and it’s burnt. Also I would like to say that there was only one guy working he didn’t seem happy, didn’t greet me when I walked in, and had an earbud in the whole time. I am not happy with this. He saw that it was burnt and didn’t do or say anything about it, just proceeded to give it to me. I work in fast food and never ever treat anyone like this.

We had to wait for our pizza and it still tasted old. The dough was uneven. Thin on one side and thick on the other. Not enough cheese or sauce. Won’t be going back 🤮

Gave me the wrong pizza and the dough was old and chewy along with it not being fully cut.

After eating pizza from Caledonia Little Caesars I know why it has been given a 3.5 star rating. Our pizza was over done, it was like eating cardboard. Very disappointed.

Absolutely inedible pizza... sorry little Ceasars, but this was a new low, even for you!! :(
