Little Caesars Pizza

Went in to get two simple pizza hoping that a pepperoni and a sausage pizza just ready to go, but they only had one cheese pizza. He told me it would be a 10-15min wait which I was fine waiting. When I went back in I had to wait about another minute to get my pizzas. When I got home I open up my sausage pizza and it’s burnt. Also I would like to say that there was only one guy working he didn’t seem happy, didn’t greet me when I walked in, and had an earbud in the whole time. I am not happy with this. He saw that it was burnt and didn’t do or say anything about it, just proceeded to give it to me. I work in fast food and never ever treat anyone like this.

We had to wait for our pizza and it still tasted old. The dough was uneven. Thin on one side and thick on the other. Not enough cheese or sauce. Won’t be going back 🤮

Gave me the wrong pizza and the dough was old and chewy along with it not being fully cut.

After eating pizza from Caledonia Little Caesars I know why it has been given a 3.5 star rating. Our pizza was over done, it was like eating cardboard. Very disappointed.

Absolutely inedible pizza... sorry little Ceasars, but this was a new low, even for you!! :(

Good customer service.

So when I went in there they didn't have the portal updated and I couldn't get the pizza. Then when he gives me the pizza he didn't even have it right when handing it to me. He tried to give me extra breadsticks. And there was no sauce. I got to the car and I looked at the pizza and the pizza looks like total trash and it was done completely wrong. I ordered a slices and sticks with pepperoni and bacon and they put bacon on the side where the pepperoni is supposed to go. Plus there was sauce all over Inside the Box like he didn't know how to lift it into the box. So I went back in and I'm watching the guy box stuff up and he's doing the same thing to Everybody's Pizza there's just sauce everywhere. Anyways he comes to me and I told him what happened he said he had a new guy on the line and that he would get it fixed. But he was the one that boxed up my pizza he should have caught that it was obviously wrong. Anyways they fix it and there's still sauce all over the box with the new pizza I've got like two or three pieces here with sauce sliding out of them. I want a refund or a free pizza.

So I just started eating the pizza and the crust has like no flavor I don't know what they did to this I don't think they put seasonings on the cheese and bacon side at all

If you're thinking about stopping here anytime near dinner time, don't. They are always short staffed, rude, and the line is at least 10 people long. As I walked in a man at the entrance stated people have been waiting for over an hour for their food and I walked right back out.

I came in to place a takeout order of just a hot and ready pizza and an order of crazy bread. The lady working was extremely rude to everyone who walked through the door. She looked angry and with each person who started to say their order, she would interrupt them mid sentence telling them everyone that she was short staffed and the wait would be at least 30 minutes. She wasn’t friendly about it either. Yikes! I understand being short staffed but that’s not an excuse to be rude to all of your customers.

SO SLOW! Do everyone a favor and don’t tell people 20-25 minutes and not have peoples food ready. Take the hot and ready sign down then. Dinner time - you should have pizzas ready in 10 minutes or less at most. I have been sitting now for 35 minutes with no pizza still.

Took 20 minutes to get a crazy bread. When they said 5 to 10 minutes.

I got a gift card, and it didn’t work, I had the receipt. The store manager told me there was nothing she can do about it.
