Both times I've gone to this location have been disappointing. Service isn't very friendly and I've gone by myself both times which seems to lead to the staff being rude and dismissive to me. My server when I went seemed annoyed at the slightest request and barley checked in on me and when he did it was without hardly stopping. He'd then go greet all the other tables and stand there chatting with them. I think it's rude to be so dismissive of your other tables. Definitely prefer the Alpine location to this.

Pure prison slop…the worst food anyone can eat outside of Rikers. I placed an online order for “fall off the bone ribs” at the Marketplace Drive location. I ordered a sweet potato and broccoli for sides. When I got home I saw the broccoli was missing. No broccoli. The ribs and sweet potato were grossly overcooked…the ribs fell off the bone alright…they were burnt meat mush and the potato was burnt orange mush. As an added insult I bit down on something hard while eating the ribs and pulled a small piece of stainless steel from my mouth. Luckily for me there was no dental bill or worse problems internally from swallowing the piece of metal. Overall it was a disgusting and unpleasant meal that cost me $28. Why is this place still in business?

The waiter/bartender was excellent even though he was obviously crazy busy. My soup was lukewarm, but he replaced it and made sure it was hot. The potatoes in the loaded baked potato soup didn't have good flavor or texture. But otherwise the soup was good. The onion rings tasted great but there was a lot oil under them so I lined my plate with napkins to remove surface oil on the breading. The batter and the seasoning used were very good. My sister's steak was fabulous! I don't mind sitting in the bar area except it gets a little noisy and distracting with everything going on (blenders, shaking iced drinks, the sports on the tv.) That's why I dinged one star for atmosphere. Also, the price point is so high at Logan's now. It's hard to eat without spending over $15 on an Entrée, and steaks are even higher. There should be some cheaper entrees, even a special of the day price dropped by a couple of bucks.

The worst absolutely the worst do not go to them for online order, Uber eats or even going in to get food you will not get your food have to wait an hour and get the worst service from the manager on duty especially on 12/31/24 when i had a ton of people here waiting for food at my house was a total let down and embarrassment. Through Uber eats and 3 Uber eat drivers because they did not have the food and had to go. Called and the manager was not willing to do anything other than tell me to re order after they took my money. Do not go to the logans steakhouse 431 they do not care about service or your business they just gave me excuses and was completely uncalled for on the phone and that was tge manager .I hope all reading this know don't expect what you pay for. The worst on a day they should have uped their game and help just awful

Our food was really good! Cooked and prepared perfectly. It didn't seem like our waitress could keep up with her area. We didn't get our salads until after the main course came. And the same with drinks from the bar. We didn't get them until after our meal came. I would go again to see if it was a one-time thing.
There was no hostess, so we waited longer than usual to be seated even though the restaurant wasn't busy. But the bartender came over and sat us at the bar eventually and our waitress was good.

I use to go multiple times every week and never had one bad experience. The people there are amazing and always bring a positive and friendly environment, and love to chat with the guests making the experience even better. The best part is the staff will remember each guest and always give you a warm welcoming when walking in, furthermore, a great employee, Lauri has always given me and my gf a wonderful experience every time. Best restaurant I’ve been to.

It took an hour for them to bring out the food great workers there and they let kids draw on the walls.
Kid-friendliness: Really friendly with kids they have a wide variety of drinks for them also they let kids draw on the walls in certain areas.
