We tried Logan's one more time and it will be the last time for quite awhile. Our last couple of times there have been disappointing. 7 pm on a Saturday night and there were only a handful of people there. Service was slow. But I think she was new. We ordered an appetizer, and two entrees. We never received the appetizer and it wasn't on our bill. She must have forgotten about it and we didn't say anything because we'd already gotten our salads & rolls. It was kinda too late at that point. Ribs, steak, french fries, sweet potato were all good. The Caesar salad was way over dressed and the croutons were chewy. $80 for two people and that's with no alcohol. We've dined at two separate Logan's locations and had pretty much the same experience.

Wer went there for a family dinner. There were 5 of us. It took us quite a bit of time to get seated. They were pretty busy so I could understand. The waitress was very appoligetic about the wait. We ordered out meal. I love French onioin soup so I along with a couple others oredered it. When it came about 20 minutes later it looked like it was just campbells soup out of the can and it was cold. There may have been a couple of croutons in it but no cheese at all. When we complained to the manager he just said that is what French onion soup looks like. Not so. I have never had soup that didn't have cheese baked on the top. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came out lets say just a little under well done.I don't like shoe leather. I like to enjoy my steaks. Needless to say because of the experience we had with the soup i didn't say anything until we left. The manager was very uncooperative and I thought very rude. He blamed everything on the fact they were busy and the kitchen staff could not keep up.Side note: i have always been happy with Logans but you can bet I will never be back to this location

Steak came out pretty dry. Ordered medium rare, was cooked as it shoulda been. Our server was likely having a bad day and it showed in the quality of service. I will still happily come back as its usually very good food and service.

Miss the peanuts all over the place but understand as peanut allergy is serious business. By changing the policy Logan's did the right thing.Vegetarian options: I had a loaded baked potato and a side salad. Forgot to tell them no bacon but it was easy to scrape off. Everything was very good.

Worst steak I’ve ever eaten in my life. This steak was not a ribeye although they sold it as one my waitress was amazing. My drink was good but my steak was horrible. This place is really gone downhill since the pandemic and personally I don’t see Logan‘s roadhouse surviving much longer with food that they are serving.

Server came to get our drink order. Wasn't quite sure st the moment. Took 10 minutes to come back to check on us. It was a slow night and she only had an 8 top besides us. Finally got our drink. Put in the food order, 6 Oz steak medium and a burger medium. Food took at least 30 minutes if not more. A table thst came in after us had already finished their meal. Food came out well done on steak and well Done on burger. Asked for a manager, that took about 5 minutes. We did get the steak refired and it came out correct. Manager did apologize and comped our meal. It was a slow Wednesday night, I would be more understanding has it been Friday night dinner rush. But it just wasn't a great experience all around.

I ordered takeout at 9 PM and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived there at 9:25 only to wait until 9:50 for my order to be ready on a Friday night that wasn't busy. When I got home I discovered that my order was missing almost all their sides and the ice cream from the brownie dessert had melted and spilled all over all of the food inside the bag. The only saving grace was the server handling the To-Go station apologizing about the wait before I left. The overall experience left a "bad taste" of the restaurant.
