Employees are extremely incompetent, slow, and rude. Consider yourself lucky if you get everything you ordered on the first go around. Out of the 20 or so times I've gone here I'd estimate 15 orders were incorrect. When you approach management about the issues they will not compensate you as other locations do with vouchers etc. and act like you are the problem for their mistakes. At this point I'd rather waste an extra 20 mins driving to a McDonalds that respects and values their customers, this place is NOT IT! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS PLACE!

This Mcdonalds is probably my favorite Mcdonalds in all of Muskegon. Their service is kind and friendly, and 9 times out of 10 their fries are hot, perfectly salted, and delicious! This is what I'd like to see from the rest of the Mcdonalds around here.

So I came here in mood for chicken nuggets and I was hungry. So ordered a 20 pcs. I informed them that I wanted 5 or 6 bbq sauce with it. I was informed that o my 2 came with and any more than that would be 50¢ each. But yet they give 2 with a 10pcs. So is 4 to much to expect with 20? I could’ve lived 4.

Ordered a baker's dozen of cookies with a mcchicken and 2 fries on the app. No cookies. This was after waiting 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.

Without fail there is always something wrong with my order whether they are just missing completely or made wrong. Ex: giving me the wrong big-breakfast when I paid for one with hotcakes. Forgetting items completely, Iced coffee is a recurring problem. Why am I paying extra for EXTRA Carmel sauce and consistently getting an iced coffee with just cream in it. No sweeteners or Carmel. Just low effort from staff, and nobody seems to be paying attention to detail. I should not have to come back EVERY TIME I order.
