I had a simple order, told to pull forward to one of their waiting spots, waited about 5 minutes, got my food, and got home and came to find out an item was missing. Tried calling them to inquire, phone just rings. Rarely have a positive experience at this McDonald's.

I placed a pickup order and waited in my car for 10 minutes for my order. I saw a worker (I think the manager actually) serve off my order almost immediately after it showed up on their screen, so they probably forgot about my order entirely. Once I got my order, it was then still missing my fries. Overall not a good experience.

It's McDonald's, every American around knows the menu so I write a review not so much on taste but service and presentation, this place does it all well, they do everything in their power to keep drive-thru moving along and it does, the food is always hot and again, no sense mentioning taste, if you go there like millions do, You already know, so this location definitely does better than a lot of them, of course there are times when the line slows down and this can be for various reasons, but as a whole they keep things moving along, and that's usually quite important to us, exactly why they call it " fast-food, so kudos to the employees and owners, managers etc

I did a Mobile Order and gave the code at drive thru and they told me to pull ahead. When I got to the window, the cashier said she couldn't find my code in the system. I showed her my receipt but she just stared at me and said "sorry", so I paid for a sandwich but wasn't given one. The whole thing took at least 15 minutes and I drove away empty handed.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. 2 double cheeseburgers and a large tea took 18 minutes. From the time on my receipt to the handed me my food after I pulled ahead. Ridiculous for fast food. What burger place doesn't have burgers ready? Totally unacceptable.

This one has gotten better over the years. They struggle when busy is all.

Wrong order now three times in a row

On 9/6/24 my wife, infant and I went through the drive through and were asked to park as they had to wait on some food to be prepared. We were parked for over 20 minutes without contact from any employees. I went inside and was greeted (after another 10 minute wait) by a skinny, redhead female employee. I explained the situation and was told that they were still waiting on food. Then she walked back and grabbed the food that was sitting there since I came into the store. I received no apology and the female employee was rude. I asked for a refund which was given. I asked about the food and was told since I obtained a refund, I would not receive the food. So it was likely thrown out or eaten by employees. What a waste. Multiple customers who were also waiting came up to me and told me how rude the employee was to me and how they were also all waiting. I hope the franchise owner takes some accountability. I wasted over 30 minutes with my wife and baby in the car and got nothing out of it. I frequent this location as it's convenient for me. I will avoid it in the future however. I've never been more angry with a fast food establishment.
