This was hands-down the worst experience ever. Our team of 20 came to Panda Express at 6:40 p.m. after a full day of playing in a huge tournament, exhausted and starving. It is now 9:30 p.m. — almost THREE HOURS later — and we still don’t have our food. Meanwhile, we watched person after person who came in after us get served. The service was completely unorganized, disrespectful, and honestly unacceptable. We will never come back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here.

Ordered thru postmates. Broccoli and beef plate. They gave me four tiny pieces of beef under a pile of broccoli. Blatantly shorting the beef. It did not smell fresh either. It smelt old and rotten. The 4 tiny pieces of beef i did get looked wretched.

First we had to wait ten minutes for our food because the girl was more worried about getting the line down until a manager said something and than when we got home we didn't even get all our food. It's was a horrible experience will never go back

I understand, you probably won't have people come back for issues when they are in the drive through. But when I get to my destination looking forward to some chick and mushrooms, the last thing I need is to discover I was given no protein. I would have ordered the vegetables if I didn't want chicken. Now I've spent my hard earned money on a lunch that doesn't have protein.

Super friendly staff and good food. We requested sweet and sour sauce as a side for an app and walked out without it. In the car driving away and we see a staff member (named Paris) come running out to flag our truck down and hand it to us. She is awesome and definitely a reason we will be coming back! Shout out to Paris!

Went in more then a half hour before closing time. They refused to make any food that wasn't "left on the line" and then locked the doors and closed early after we left instead of paying for the shoddy fair they had left.
I hope their management and corporate see this, because this is how you lose business.
Closing time on door listed at door and online 9:30pm, they locked up, and refused actual service at 8:49pm.
Get better staff that actually wants to sell food to customers who have money to buy it!
