Super friendly staff and good food. We requested sweet and sour sauce as a side for an app and walked out without it. In the car driving away and we see a staff member (named Paris) come running out to flag our truck down and hand it to us. She is awesome and definitely a reason we will be coming back! Shout out to Paris!

Went in more then a half hour before closing time. They refused to make any food that wasn't "left on the line" and then locked the doors and closed early after we left instead of paying for the shoddy fair they had left.

I hope their management and corporate see this, because this is how you lose business.

Closing time on door listed at door and online 9:30pm, they locked up, and refused actual service at 8:49pm.

Get better staff that actually wants to sell food to customers who have money to buy it!

Just placed a drive thru order and I got home just to see this disappointment... Like what the actual frick is this... It came with like 2 small pieces of beef. Like how am I gonna pay 11 dollars and just get 2 grams of beef!? I wouldn't be mad if it happened just once... but this is the second time this has happened!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!

A decent Panda Express serving the Grand Rapids MI area.

I came in for a quick dinner to go, while traveling across the state. It was Sunday evening and it was very busy.

The service was good, the manager took my order, she was polite and fast. The rest of the staff were working hard. Things weren't being filled as fast as people were ordering, but that's typical of Panda. So I ordered, paid, and the waited in the dining area for a while.

The food was good, Orange Chicken & Super Greens, my go to. The greens were OK, the orange Chicken was good. The portion of chicken was sad.

You can do worse, but you can also do better.

I stopped here today (11/20/24) and my wife and I were having a conversation during the drive thru. We were talking about giving a friend some seasoning we picked up that she liked and we didn't. So I made a joke, I said "her face is weird" as the window opened and the drive thru woman was holding our food. I could tell she heard it (maybe my imagination idk) and she looked saddened. She handed the food to us, said something I didn't understand and I said thank you and we left. My wife made fun of me the whole way home. I know something like that can ruin your day so...Sadye (the name on the receipt, not sure if it's her) your face is beautiful and you were awesome. The food was excellent and I hope you didn't think I was talking about you. All the servers are awesome at this Panda! Beautiful peeps! Sorry, hope your day went better!🙂

I should’ve looked at my food before taking it home when I ordered it in the restaurant but I ordered fried rice and it was not fried but it still had the veggies. Very disappointed and will not come back.

Such a great experience by Pam, Gisele, & Team. Greeted with a warm smile when I walked in, and such great conversation, too! My Beyond Orange Chicken (would give more than 5 stars if I could) was AMAZING! Pam checked in and made sure my dinner exceeded expectations. The entire team was so lovely and wonderful!

I sometimes have a little issue with portions at this location, but they came up really short this time on the entrees. The Beijing beef was almost 1 and 1/2 inches from being filled and blazing bourbon chicken was about 1 and 3/4 inches from being filled. Broccoli beef was about 1 inch.

Lying, nasty people who do not deal well with customers. They intentionally do things to make your experience awful (lie, yell, avoid responsibility for their mistakes) and gaslight you. What on earth would make someone treat a stranger, as they do, especially when handling their food. On top of that, reading other reviews of getting moldy food and the cooks not wearing gloves...I would not recommend this location based on my experience and others.

TERRIBLE lying people that work at this location. Placed an online order through the panda express app. They canceled our order for no reason at all.
We called the number to find out what was going on. The first person asked for all information about the order claiming they never received the order (even though we had a confirmation number and an actual order number).
They then proceeded to blame Doordash and that we needed to contact them even though we had nothing to do with Doordash, that is who they chose to deliver the order. At this point we asked for a manager.
They claimed over and over there was no manager. We asked "so if we were to come in there is no manager to speak to?" Magically a manager finds her way to the phone.
This manager, Hannah (I think), admitted they had the order sitting on the counter and "we don't do refunds so you should come get it" even though it was a delivery confirmation. She proceeded to over talk my husband and yell at him.
We demanded a refund for this behavior as we were not putting up with this bullying. We said we would stay on the phone while she did it (because lets face it, our trust in these people was non-existent at this point) and she hung up on us.
Awful experience, will not be using their app again as it seems to be a ploy to steal money from people.
