QDOBA Mexican Eats

I always enjoy Qdoba because I have limited options with my dietary restrictions. I also love the guacamole. When I visited, they were out of guacamole but were clearly trying to make it. I would have been willing to wait if that was the case, but they just said they were out, in addition to another fresh ingredient I wanted. It was a huge bummer. It sounds like the employee was trying to balance prep and helping customers, and the weekend crew left things undone. Based on my experience in QSR, I would venture to say there are some management or leadership challenges at this location because that type of thing shouldn't just be accepted.

Presentation is everything . This was poorly put together . Not appealing, The jalepenos are not pitted and sliced properly along with the huge slices of onion thrown on there . The black beans either were not cooked thoroughly or there was something hard with a dark brown color . Food was like warm at best which I don’t understand . I Wouldn’t recommend ordering online . They clearly do not care . Also , didn’t get the extra sauce I paid for .

I haven't been to Qdoba in forever, but lately, Chipotle has been mediocre at best. I thought it was worth it to stop by and give it another shot, and man, was I still disappointed. There is no flavor in anything. Literally, everything tastes the same. It's almost like you have the general description of a burrito to two people living in the tundra and asked them to come up with a burrito. No flavor what so ever.

Customer service is NOT here! Had to repeat my order 4 times bc the staff wasn't listening. Asked for queso. .never received it. One person started checking us out and then after I told them I ordered the cheese topped quesadilla, he had to go put the cheese on top and never finished ringing me up. Another girl asked if we had paid. I was honest but I should have said yes and gotten our food free. Sloppy counters, tables not cleaned. Never going back!

Ordered food at a place that’s literally here for you to choose and customize your meal… everything looked old, asking for anything extra was just replied to with attitude, trash all over the floor. We asked for some guacamole that wasn’t completely brown from sitting what looked like all day. Maddy was very rude and inconvenienced by every thing we asked for. This place needs employees that are friendly, not ones that make u feel bad for ordering what you want.

They tend to be out of "things" when I go. No hard shells, no grilled veg, none of the meat you want. Real hit and miss.

Was asked to leave the restaurant while eating at 9:40 told me they close in 5 minutes.. so hours posted are incorrect apparently they close at 9:45.

We ordered 2 bowls, with nearly identical items. One was about 30-40% smaller than the other. When I attempted to order the side order of the cheesy q pita, which they have signs up advertising, I was told they can't do it unless I get it as the Entree. You don't have to get it as an entree in the qdoba app or according to your signs... Worker running the cash register gave my bowl to the wrong people, then proceeded to yell across the store and make the previous customers return it instead of walking over to their table and explaining what happened. The other people came up and apologized because they were so startled by the way their employee handled it. All around poor experience.

You guys don't do orders as they arrive, I was told they were working on the order. Turns out they didn't even start it, so I then had to wait for them to finish with the customers even with this being a third party order. I felt ignored. I'm doing you a service by delivering the food and I don't get paid to wait. It's kinda annoying.

Wrapped horribly, incorrectly made…. But chief among I wouldn’t leave this if I could actually call Qdoba customer service…. Doesn’t exist… not ordering again

The servings are often different each time I come. I don't see a lot of similarities when I am getting the same dish each time and expect the same type of food.

They close early by at least a half hour. There's also a difference between being out of stock of something and it's getting late and we aren't cooking anything else. The staff here are also unpleasant.
