We love Rudy’s! Excellent coffee, outstanding food! The cinnamon roll pancakes at Sunday Brunch and the breakfast tacos during the week are superb! We love the staff and friendly faces.
The freshly made breakfast tacos were definitely worth the drive over to Caledonia. As an added bonus, the coffee was tasty as well. I just had the regular drip, medium roast. The breakfast tacos were delicious and reasonably priced. I had the potato, black bean and avocado style.
The coffee shop is located in a corner of a restaurant (Butcher Block Social) so the atmosphere is geared more towards a bar/restaurant theme. My only suggestion is filling the area...
