The reason for the low review is simple. The barista was very rude. I accidentally ordered a quad so a asked for some hot water. She poured some in and when I asked for more she snapped at me. She said if I give you anymore then I have to charge you for an Americano. It's hot water!! The difference is 10¢...charge me then. Her attitude is not what I've come to expect from Starbucks. My experience has typically been very pleasant and professional. She is far from that.

20250706 The barista was GREAT! I didn't see the Michigan Discovery Series mugs on the shelf, and she pointed its exact location on the shelf... and THERE IS IT! This is the 3rd Starbucks I stopped at since crossing the OH/MI border near Detroit. So happy to get this out of the way. Now I can relax ans focus in vacationing! This barista was great in another way... while I was looking for the mug, I gave her my order, and she quickly made the drink. The drink was ready by the time I return to the register with the mug. She's so efficient!! Thank you!

My go-to spot for starbucks!!! The workers are absolutely amazing and always in fun spirits!!!! Today I got a suprise on my drink and I hope they know how much they are making people's day with those little messages!!! Keep up they great to EVERYONE!

The new rule of having to buy something to just sit there is ridiculous. I usually get a coffee but today I already bought one from the same Starbucks earlier that day. I just stopped in to do a little work. I don’t want to buy another coffee.
This is the only coffee company that does this in the area at least and I have no problem never going to Starbucks again until they change this rule.
I hope Starbucks goes out of business and loses a to of money. It’s a horrific rule and annoying.

Normally I stop in on schools morning and the people there are amazing and very kind. Only giving 4 stars because this morning I ordered an iced chai latte and I asked for light ice and when the drink was handed to me it was hot. I opened my mouth to say something and the girl at the window shut the window and didn’t looked back out, as so I left. Slightly irritating just because I only get the iced drinks and I don’t like the hot drinks. Other than that, great place to get your Starbucks. Highly recommend

I used the app to place my order.... wrong store ??♀️. This location made my drinks for me right away. They tasted great and the staff was amazing.
My espresso wasn't a espresso. It tasted watered down and more like hot tea.

My drink (grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) order was spot on today. The perfect flavor/ taste. Food was nice and hot, which is not always the case, so that was great too.
