Very friendly staff! Manu I think was the manager was very helpful and friendly. He was training a new employee and everything was perfect and I enjoyed what was otherwise a really good and clean environment. Always come to this location when I want some subway.

I had a really good experience at this Subway. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. The place was clean and everything looked fresh. My sandwich was made just the way I wanted, with generous portions of veggies and soft warm bread. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved quickly. It’s a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Appears to be new franchisee owners. Ordered food online. Was not ready for pick up when arrived. Specified sauce on side but they did not have the container cups because who knows why. Charged us to have with larger cup. Asked if we could just have sauce in disposable water cups but was denied this forcing us to pay even though they are at fault for not having enough sauce cups. They also had an attitude with us. Very disappointed.

We stopped in. The couple looked exhausted. No greeting. I asked for chicken salad, and she didn’t understand me. I repeated my order multiple times. I asked about one of their pretzels several times then he said we’re a lot of that. I ended up with a teriyaki chicken sub. Their service was so slow because he couldn’t understand what we were saying and vice versa. We took our order home. One of the subs wasn’t wheat as requested, but both subs were stale. Not acceptable! I’ll take my business to the Caledonia subway.

I was just in. The guy working had his headset on and a AirPod in his ear. Couldn’t hear anything we said. Got a little amount of olives when I asked for extra. Was very rude. I would not recommend this store. Tried calling in and they don’t answer the phone.

Workers don’t listen to orders, touching faces with gloves on. Took 20 minutes to get food and employees were overall rude and didn’t care. Such a dead environment, won’t be returning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION-DRIVE ANOTHER 5 MINS AND GO TO ANOTHER!!! Just like everyone else in these reviews, ordered 2 subs online just to get the wrong sub when I got home and son go to work and went on lunch to eat it!! Unacceptable ! Owners/workers don't speak English and can't understand what you're asking for. The 2 customers in the store ordering while I waited 10 mins for my WRONG order was so frustrated because they couldn't understand them, that they nearly walked out !!! NOT OK !!!!!!! If you don't speak English enough to even understand orders (and it appears they've been open long enough they SHOULD by now) Then shut your doors and close down or sell to someone who can run it! You're ruining the Subway name !!!!
Got a turkey sub and had food poisoning later on throughout the whole night. Called back letting them know what happened and were rude and didn’t know what to even say. Shame on them.
Middle aged man with facial hair, glasses and an accent has tampered with or ruined my experience and food the past couple nights. Unacceptable and disappointing. I can share more detail if contacted.
