I was just in. The guy working had his headset on and a AirPod in his ear. Couldn’t hear anything we said. Got a little amount of olives when I asked for extra. Was very rude. I would not recommend this store. Tried calling in and they don’t answer the phone.

Workers don’t listen to orders, touching faces with gloves on. Took 20 minutes to get food and employees were overall rude and didn’t care. Such a dead environment, won’t be returning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION-DRIVE ANOTHER 5 MINS AND GO TO ANOTHER!!! Just like everyone else in these reviews, ordered 2 subs online just to get the wrong sub when I got home and son go to work and went on lunch to eat it!! Unacceptable ! Owners/workers don't speak English and can't understand what you're asking for. The 2 customers in the store ordering while I waited 10 mins for my WRONG order was so frustrated because they couldn't understand them, that they nearly walked out !!! NOT OK !!!!!!! If you don't speak English enough to even understand orders (and it appears they've been open long enough they SHOULD by now) Then shut your doors and close down or sell to someone who can run it! You're ruining the Subway name !!!!

Got a turkey sub and had food poisoning later on throughout the whole night. Called back letting them know what happened and were rude and didn’t know what to even say. Shame on them.

Store employee Manuke is very rude! Ordered online and was charged for an order that didn’t go through they said on their end! He said there was nothing he could do to refund me I had to call corporate! The number he gave me said I had to go to subway.com which is a JOKE they never responded! I tried telling him that while in the store as I called right away and he ignored me and walked away! Once I got home with my order one of the sandwiches was wrong and that has happened on more than one occasion! This is the worst store I have ever been to and will not go back!

Went in and ordered 2 footlong subs, 1 turkey and 1 Italian BMT. All was going well till we got to the veggies. One bin of lettuce was fresh and the other bin was brown and soggy. The worker reached in to the brow lettuce for my sandwich and got rude when I told him NO I want fresh lettuce.... the cucumbers were soft and bitter tasting, and when we asked for extra pickles they put barely the normal amount on...
This is not the normal subways I go to, I normally go 3min down the road to the one on 68th street but they were no card today... So I had to go to this one.. and never again will I go to that subway... very disappointed

Went through drive-thru. Ordered 6-inch teriyaki chicken sandwich with very light teriyaki sauce. Emphasized VERY LIGHT. Went to window to pay. Had a coupon so bill was $4.23. Handed him $5.00 and he said do you want change? Geesh, of course I want change. Got sandwich home and it was dripping in teriyaki sauce. So much so that I couldn’t eat it. Completely saturated with the sauce. In the trash it went. Stay clear of this Subway. There is a language barrier and they do not fully understand directions. Will never give them my business again.

They will not utilize the drive through so don't bother, I've waited over 10 minutes on multiple attempts and no one ever takes your order. The new management there is disappointing, employees do not know what you are saying at all due to language barriers.

Extremely long wait time for drive through. Spent 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order after someone had said “We’ll be with you in just a second.” They have good food but it’s hit or miss whether you get an employee to take your order. Pulled up next to the window and no one was inside.

It’s dirty has flies and when the guy was making my sandwich he grabbed onions out it on I told him tomatoes then he put the onions right back into the bin with the clean ones and they don’t know the menu they wouldn’t let me add sauce to my melt they kept lying saying you can’t customize melts
