This is our go-to Subway shop because the team is friendly and the location clean. I know it's hard to be perfect all the time but last night was such a disappointment. I ordered online a Footlong Black Forest Ham, Artisan Italian, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomatoes, More Pickles, More Regular Mayonnaise, Black Pepper, More Salt. I understand what one considers "more" is speculative but this was the driest sub I've ever had. There was about 5 pickles and a dollop of mayonnaise might be giving too much credit. I couldn't taste any (more) salt or pepper. Disappointing indeed.

Props the the only employee working when we arrived. She is pregnant, had a long line and kept her composure and professionalism the entire time. Our subs were perfect as well as the service.

Went to the drive thru, got told I needed to go in, went in and sat through the line, only to see they were taking other drive thru orders. The old subway inside Meijer next door was 10,000 times better than this one, too bad it closed and we're left with this one.

I made an online order, but unfortunately was stuck at work. It had been well past an hour before I could finally get away for my break. I drive all the way to the store and inquire about my order. The manager says because of health reasons and sitting out for so long, they had to throw my sandwich away. Fine…completely understandable. I then requested for a new sandwich and was told they could but that I’d have to pay for a second sandwich. Umm, excuse me? I’m not paying again when my 1st order was thrown away. I then requested a refund and was denied. After a bit of arguing, I proceeded to say that I would just dispute it with my bank if they refused to help me. The manager very rudely said “go right ahead!” Worst customer service ever!!!

They hired these little kids that doesn't know what the heck they're doing, I ordered online the food was ready 30 minutes past my pick up time and no they were not busy cause 5 cars went to the drive thru ordered their food and left while i was waiting, i guess they don't take online order seriously. And the food was nasty i couldn't even eat it, I'm done with subway.

So, if you ask for mayo, mustard, etc, you’ll get enough to swim in if you don’t ask for a light amount. I might just hate mustard forever after this sub.

Rude employees, specifically Emma! Price board indicated one price and charged another. When questioned about it was told I was going to pay what the system said or I was not going to eat. What a joke!

We visited the Kalamazoo Ave and 68th St. Subway on Monday, July 10. They were extremely busy with walk in and online orders, and all workers were doing a great job! We were helped by the most efficient and polite young man named Javonte. We tried to call the local store to pass along our experience to the manager, but the phone number on their page does not get you through. Hope others have the pleasure of being served by Javonte!

Had wondered where the salads had gone. Turned out in the small print. You can order (not required) by sandwich. I had a a Philly salad. It was good. Enjoyed the steak on lettuce.Don't get me wrong l love their cheese and herb bread. Just watching how much bread I eat. Will eat there more now, but will skip the bread on occasionally.

husband received a coupon in his email. he copied code but , but since he does not have email on phone manager refused to honor code. the sub maker was a fantastic gentleman, but the manager was a cocky unfriendly woman. had it not been for the excellent friendly service we would have walked out without paying. date of service 7/1/23 time approx 5:30pm

A young lady working behind the counter had gloves on. That was fine except.she pulled her pants up with them. She was sweeping with them on as well. Then proceeded to try to make a sandwich. After all that she handled the money. After watching.this I walked out.
