I know this is not a fault of the employees, who are always kind and pleasant.
Was shocked to see two small dogs allowed into the dining area. They did not appear to be trained as support animal as they were jumping and wanting my attention.

This location is the best in the area, competent staff which says a lot for a food place in Caledonia. Easy on and off from M37 for either direction makes it quick in or out anytime of the day with traffic too!

So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got a Gatorade. Paid 20 bucks for this little bit and this subway has the audacity to short me on meat. Basically eating veggie sandwich. I don’t know if the black kid working has a problem with me or if he just didn’t want to work but I’m definitely regretting a tip right now. This was petty.

I used to work at a subway when I was young, so I know it can be frusterating sometimes. But regardless of that I always kept a smile on my face because I knew how important the job was. However, I ordered a footlong chicken bacon ranch about an hour ago, and the lady who prepared it was just awful! Haven, I think her name was?
Regardless, she had short blonde hair and rolled my eyes at everything I said. When I would ask her to speak up because I’m hard of hearing she would sigh and glare at me, and wouldn’t raise her voice at all. And I ended up taking it to go instead of making it for here because she whispered to her coworker that I was annoying! Worst service I’ve ever received from someone! Definitely doesn’t deserve the job!

Please please please make the side door where the employees go in and out less loud. It is insanely loud when it shuts. I work close so I’d like to dine in but I’d rather eat on my car than here that loud BANG! All it would take is a couple drawer buffers on the inside of the frame to soften the blow.
