So I did a mobile order and I went inside to pickup! The taller guy was very nice & helpful but the shorter dark hair heavy set lady was rude! I had asked before the order was bagged, were the fries fresh? All said yea! It was one guy & 2 ladies! The short dark hair heavy set lady actually making the food made smart remarks saying “Is she going to pay for those”?! I mean what? I already paid for my order & at this point I am recording everything while I waited the 3 minutes for fresh fries! The dark hair short heavy set one making the food had an attitude with me wanting fresh fries, is ridiculous & unacceptable & supposedly she is a manager! Wow! I have it all recorded and I will take further action against this location! I tend to always have an issue when asking for fresh fries & they have a problem with getting fresh fries at this location only!
Update-6p-same day-
Gage the guy under the store manager-Called back to hear my side of the story!-He at first seemed very nice! After telling him exactly what happened, he then starts to defend the employee, for me making the remarks about her being heavy set, defending the quality of the fries & defending the whole situation! So, that means there is no accountability recognized on anyone at the Caledonia store location! At this point, the only one that should stay employed & take over the whole store, is the Taller Guy who kept things very professional! While having to combat & explain with Gage, as he explains the company policy on the freshness of the fries, when I’m explaining they were luke warm, limp & not fresh, going back & forth for 15 minutes! His actual store manager got on the phone & wanted to hear my side of the story again!!! When I’m pretty sure she was listening to the entire conversation but she stated she wasn’t & he was in the office alone! After explaining, at this point on a 16 minute call, she resolved the issue with apologizing for her employee & she would speak to her & also get a coupon sent out as well! Smh!!!

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Mind boggling that corporate hasn't got ahold of this situation. The negative reviews here are all true - they're always out of something, today it was beans, rice, cheese, beef, potatoes. Just ridiculous.

Why even bother being open if you don't have the ingredients to make your food? Stop wasting people's time and get your act together.

Consistently terrible! Staff couldnt care less about customer service. Lesson learned, never going back to this location.

I would give 0 stars, if that's an option, the rudest people I have ever dealt with, after waiting 20 minutes in line when there was only one car in front of me. Still deciding I figured I'm not in a big hurry. No big deal. I'll order my food order. I ordered My food and I pull up to the window, where at this time I only had a $50 bill and .84 cents. For a 10.84 cents meal. Unfortunately, not only was the lady extremely rude and looked at me like I had made a sin because I had Cash and not a card refused my service and slammed the window in my face proceeded to open it again, where I'm trying to figure out what is going on. Told me that she has no way to get cash that it's my problem. I need to figure it out that she's not taking my cash. Slamming the window in my face again. Manners finally approach Basically, the same thing came with an attitude. Telling me that I need to either have something smaller or a card. What is this world coming to? That is not my problem. If you're gonna be an operating business that I have a $50 bill that's all I had and to be so rude about it was absolutely disgusting. I've been in the food business. Most of my life. Never doubt was so immature. Disrespectful, people in my life would not recommend going here at all, absolutely disgusting

they used to be good, now they just fill my heart with sadness. My chalupa had hair in it, however I did still eat it. My cheesy roll ups were not fresh or grilled even though I told them to grill it. 😡

I had to wait 20 minutes for my food after the delivery time and they were not busy and took a long time to get my food the staff was not the most active with the customers and saw a person waiting to order at the counter

Be careful, I attempted to eat what they so clearly would have and should have worked at and not served (but I needed to eat for work and this was already about a 20$ order) anyways caused me to automatically be sick. I don’t care if it was a 16 year old or a manager…. Look at the picture, they knew better and I will never be coming back to this location.

I waited 10 minutes past when my app order should've been ready and finally left. 2 basic tacos and a drink shouldn't take 15 minutes or more. Apparently they were using it as a training exercise for a new hire at my expense. Never ordering from this location again, especially after all they can do is refund. That doesn't fix the lack of lunch received or the time wasted.

Been going here regularly and the food quality has gone downhill dramatically in the last year, usually get the chalupas and it's about a 50/50 if they're edible.

But the reason I'm writing this is because I just left after trying to order a meal and being told I can only get a water to go with it. I asked them to lower the price since I'm only getting a water with my meal and was told they couldn't do that. Every place has a manager that can discount a meal so I know that was a lie. After being told they wouldn't do that either I basically got told they can split up the meal so it'll cost more or I can leave with nothing. So I did and now I'm writing this review. Hope saving 5 cents on a customer's meal was worth it since pop is one of their highest profit margin items.

I'm so sick of coming to this taco bell for them to keep getting my order wrong every single time. Literally spent 9+ dollars on a Quesadilla meal and the chicken was so dry and old that it didn't even taste like chicken and my sprite was literally carbonated water. So disappointing to continuously get f'd over by employees who don't care about standards. Worst part is know my stomach will be destroyed yet again by the this incompetent taco bell

Placed an online order at around 7:20 AM. I get to the restaurant at about 7:45 AM and they are completely closed. This location is accepting orders even when they’re closed? That seems very unprofessional and to me unacceptable. Posted hours are 7 AM to 1 AM or later. I guess I’ll just have to call them during the day to get a refund for my Taco Bell. That’s pretty sad to me.
