They never get the order right. Expensive items are constantly missing from online orders, and since they use third-party delivery, there is no real fix and no proper accountability. You end up paying for items you never receive. At this point, it feels criminal and like outright theft from customers. Avoid this location completely.

So almost every time we go here they end up messing up my order. Unfortunately for me this time I didn't notice until I got all the way home. Missed my husband's challupa. Honestly. They are the only fast food place open after I get out of work so I go but really please do better.
We went in and ordered waited like 30 minutes while other people that ordered behind us were getting their food. We ordered again still didn’t get our food, so then we went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and we got ignored and glared at by every employee. We ended up leaving without any food. Terrible experience and service.

The Cinamon twists had no cinnamon and tasted like poison and im not exaggerating. And I got a burrito full of sauce. I dont not recommend this bell

Food is terrible and sticks to the paper , last time i went i got cinnabons that were freezing cold in the middle and the entire staff looked stoned out of their mind. Ordered a drink and they forgot to give it to me and walked away from the window till i honked my horn. Will never go here again ill stick to ionia or hastings taco bell
