Let's start off with I didn't dine in but the service was fast and everything that I ordered was ready for pickup in ten minutes. The burrito my wife got was huge and my vegetarian bowl wasbvery tasty I might add. Very kind staff. Thumbs up service.

I ordered from here around 7 last nigt but I didn't eat until I got home around 10pm. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito. 1st thing the lids to the bowls were switched and both were missing queso and fajita veggies. The burrito was missing corn salsa, fajitas veggies, queso and the most important thing CHICKEN. Also, I placed this order as a pick up so I waited in line for about 20 minutes before anyone came to the window to ask my name for the order. I paid about $40 for these items and nobody had the courtesy to tell me they didn't have the items I asked for which would've been fine if I was informed. I tried calling and of course the phone number doesn't allow you to actually contact the store.

Dunno why this place is reviewed so badly, I eat here all the time and have pretty much never had a problem with them not being able to fulfill my order because they were out of any particular thing.One time they didn't have a Mexican Coca-Cola so I took a second Mexican Sprite but in terms of ingredients for bowl/ burrito, never had a problem.Employees are pretty friendly and the food is delicious ? ?? ? nothing bad to say

This store is new but, it was filthy. The counters and work stations were a complete turn off. I left the store near my home (michigan ave & canton center rd) to go to ford road. It starts at the top. Management PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Update: Went to Ford rd and it was no better, just nasty!!!! I'm no longer hungry, I'm going home.

I was very hesitant to go to this restaurant because of all the negative reviews. My son went, and told me it was great! So.. I finally went for itI entered the restaurant and the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. No awkward smells, no bugs, the lighting was perfect, the tables that were not occupied appeared to have been wiped down.I told the servers that I had not been there before so I might need extra time. I was greeted with smiles, and direct eye contact, and they allowed me to take all the time that I needed. I asked several questions. Every question was answered. No sarcastic tones at all. No pushy sales pitches. It was if they knew their food was good, and it would speak for itself. The servers just guided me through my orders.I very very very rarely leave reviews. I stay signed out of Google because I don't like the copious amounts of ads and tracking. It's really disgusting. But my experience was so good that I had to sign in and leave this review.I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this chipotle. But I implore you all to go back up there and take another run at the store. My family and I were very happy from start to finish. The food was really good. I mean, really good. I most definitely will be back. Thank you for reading.

I come here often and usually have a good experience. I came for lunch at 2:15pm on 4/10/24 and I’m shocked at the disservice. An African American woman with tattoos working this shift absolutely looks like she hates her job, maybe life, didn’t greet or acknowledge me the three times she’s behind the food bar just cleaning and choosing not to take my order. I asked for extra vegetables, decided not to even put a normal amount. Whoever is managing this location and certainly this shift, is doing a horrible job. Crazy how decent customer service skills has to be explained these days. The young girl at the register I believe named “Cessy” was the only one who was polite and professional. Thanks Cessy.

If i could complain more - i would. I just got served the most disrespectful servings of food EVER. $70 for 5 bowls, you can literally see the bottoms of the bowls in every one. I ordered from the app and this is what i saw at home.ALSO, on top of everything- they completely disrespected my refund request by offering me a bogo deal, AFTER I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $50+ DOLLARS.AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE AT ALL COSTS

Just keep in mind without customers you have nobody to help, therefore you have no hours, canton ford rd location is the chipotle you want and have to go to in canton, this location will be closed or shut down temporarily due to poor management and staff.

this place is complete garbage . they had no cheese, guacamole, and chips. we were unaware that they didn't have it until after the fact they put the meat in the burrito and we had to just keep going with it. do not go to this place.
