Ordered via app today and my burrito bowls were 40% full. The meat was burned and my bowl was sloppy. They put a half spoon of rice. Ordered two tortillas and they was hard and stale. Skimpy portion sizes for the same or more price wise. Avoid this Chipotle at all cost. Save your energy, go to the canton location on Ford rd near 275 or Ann Arbor on Washtenaw. Slow service, unclean. We abandoned our order half way through the burrito build. After starting our order we waiting 10 minutes after the meat and beans were added. After looking around at the unclean counters and floors we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Busy location. Staff was diligently working the chain. After waiting in line, one of them announced 2 staple items are finished for the day. It was only 5pm. There were no sub-ins allowed. After wasting 20 minutes in line, I was still glad I didn't waste another 20 for my turn to be told items not there. Location was clean.
