I had to give one star due to the fact that I came there just to take my kids for a day of fun when they got out of school there are only 3-year-old twins I asked the woman how much for them to play for the day she told me almost $100 she told me 80 something and because I was there and didn't want my kids to look bad or myself I paid the 80 bucks almost $100 and they said it was used for 2 months or something like that I'm a single mother I do not have time to just go up there within 2 months it's been 4 or 5 months since I did it and now is the time I am able to take my kids there but it's only limited play time smh I would never do this again I even had my kids birthday here The birthday is one thing but there is no way that for them to have a day of fun it cost almost the same as for throwing a birthday party smh no thanks I don't know if the worker just didn't know what she was doing but yes I'll find other places to take my kids where it makes sense

This is my favorite Chuckie E Cheese! The workers play fair and they work hard to keep everything clean. They deserve 5 stars all the time! We ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT TIME AT THIS LOCATION! They deserve a Promotion and a Reward!

This place has gone downhill so much. Chuck E was unimpressive and lacked any form of energy. Families with children not marked as they walked in and not checked as they left... very unsafe. Staff had no desire on assisting with anything. Maybe it's time to find a new place for bday parties and a way to entertain kids.

We are bronze members, the stuffed crust pizza is the best, the food and prizes could be upgraded. But the music, games, climbing thing was great. Our 2 year old loves the music and dancing,
Hands down would book here again; this was a fantastic experience! Addison and K/Caitlyn were such great helpers and the birthday girl had the time of her life.

This location has gone downhill rapidly. We went today, October 4, and it smelled foul and grotesque —like oily hair and dirty feet. Many so-called games are simply nothing more than spin for ticket machines.
The trampoline used to be no additional charge; however, it is now $15.00! Nickeled-and-dimed. The nondescript, unbranded cheap plastic wrist lanyards for the game cards are $2.00. (I thought they were complimentary.) What a joke.
We initially planned to eat there, yet decided against it given the filthy appearance and foul smell of the establishment.
Do yourself a favor and go to Dave and Busters. There are age appropriate games. It’s more hygienic and i would have more confidence in the cleanliness and quality of the food options.
