The only blow to service comes from how popular and busy this location can be, which is no fault of the business itself. If you visit at a peak-demand time, such as a holiday or early afternoon weekends, expect a wait, but there's no dearth in the quality of the food or dedication of the staff.

I got the build your own bagel and the cashier was very helpful with me and my friends. His name was Jason! I didn’t feel pressured while he waited for me to choose a bagel.

Ate a great breakfast at Einstein this morning. This was our first time at this location. The ladies working the counter were amazing and for being very short staffed they were on TOP of everything! The food came out hot and fresh and SO good. We got the new energy drink and it was great.
