We had a wonderful experience at House of Umami, and Maria C. made it even better! It was my father-in-law’s first time trying ramen, and she made sure it was a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain that we could add or substitute meats, vegetables, and sauces to customize our bowls, which was really helpful. She checked on us throughout our meal, made us feel welcome, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and thanks to Maria, we’ll definitely be back!
