We had a wonderful experience at House of Umami, and Maria C. made it even better! It was my father-in-law’s first time trying ramen, and she made sure it was a great experience. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Maria was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations were excellent, and she made our entire dining experience even more enjoyable. If you eat at House of Umami, definitely ask for Maria! you won’t be disappointed!

Food and service was above and beyond. Our server, Maria C, was quick and courteous with every interaction and ensured our drinks were refilled before we even asked for them. A+ hospitality! The tornado omelette on top of the chicken katsu curry was delicious!
