I will honestly say from previously visiting this restaurant a lot has changed and the service the food. The cleanliness of the restaurant has drastically improved. The staff was friendly attentive they accommodated our children and demonstrated professionalism. The food was Quick and hot. I am really impressed by the turnaround. This restaurant has made from my previous experiences and I will definitely be coming back.

Vegetarian options: They have tons of options for vegetarian such as the pancakes French toast. There’s omelettes that don’t have me. They also have fish shrimp, which actually is a lot on the menu if you’re vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: We have a variety of free meat options such as turkey, bacon, turkey, sausage, turkey ham. They also will go out of their way to accommodate you if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies to food. The staff there is on top of it.

Parking: Plenty of parking around the building lots of handicap spaces close to the door.

Kid-friendliness: They have very clean high chairs and booster seats. The servers are always going out of their way to make the children feel extra special.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are perfectly accommodating for anyone using a wheelchair or a walker.

Had a great experience at this IHOP! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, freshly made, and served just as we expected. The service was friendly making our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, a great visit—will definitely be back!

We were at IHop today around noon for late breakfast. Amber was our server.. She was lovely and attentive and helped us with the IHop app. We both enjoyed our food very much.

Where to begin? IHOP has been a comfort pick my entire life, while originally, I didnt have one, that changed a while back when one opened in Canton. Normally I'd have to drive out to get it so I was excited to have one nearby now. Unfortunately when it first opened the staff was poorly trained and it took forever to get mediocre food.... With that being said, nowadays service is pretty good! It still take a little bit to get food out, and sure, it's still mediocre, but what do you expect? It's IHOP. If your looking to go somewhere where the family, no mater what age, is satisfied and don't want to break the bank then come here. There are definitely better breakfest spots in Canton, but if you want to play it safe, IHOP is the place to go.

decide to stop by here for a quick breakfast and to be honest, i should have taken the route to macca and get the same things. my pancakes were absolutely cold, and i also had to wait 15 mins just for a waiter to drop me the maple syrup bottle. additionally the waiter wasn't satisfied with how much tips i left - because i tipped based on the service quality and they just didn't make it.

Today went to IHOP tried out the Carmel apple milkshake it was good but it had more whipped cream than the actual milkshake for 5.99 I was ripped off but other than that I had the sirloin steak tip with saute onions and mushrooms which was juicy pancakes eggs hash browns with a side of onion rings

Website doesnt work so I call up there just to be put on hold for 10min because the girl was on the other line call back just for the first guy to say "oh she never came back to the phone?" And proceeds to tell me the thing I want isnt on the menu anymore even tho I was reading it off the online menu, I always have issues at this Ihop in particular.

Long story short just suck it up and drive to the next closest one this one will mess it up one way or another.

Was seated immediately, also given menus and water, quickly followed by the waitress Mia. Who was very quick, cheerful, and always pleasant about our requests Thank you, Mia!
Food is always good, hot, and the appearance is wonderful.

Vegetarian options: I always love to go several times. As menu changes, and the changes are appreciated.

The food was good but the service was terrible. It took 45+ minutes to get our food and our waitress hid in the kitchen the whole time. No apology for the long wait, and no refills. We were her only table.

i worked for this location for two weeks shy of a year, nov23-24, The man that walks around thinking he's gods gift to earth is actually Lucifer himself, kurtis the general manager would talk down to us servers cooks and combos calling us stupid,that we didn't know how to do our jobs,saying things like "thats why they pay me as much as they do" threatening that if we couldn't do things his way we would lose hours or worst have to "part ways" as he'd like to say, i had the pleasure of serving with two wonderful ladies that i will forever hold dear to my heart, IHOP fired me this past sunday after working for them for the last year because i scanned unused points in their loyalty program from customers receipts and would sometimes redeem them for my regulars,(some amazing ladies that work at sams) standing at one of the pos screens putting their order in overhearing her morther say what she wanted to get herself for her birthday with her disability check and my heart knew i wanted to redeem some of my saved points to make her and her duaghters meals free all they had to pay for was their drink i wasn't doing it to cheat the company out of money it was to make my customers days better and put a true smile on their face isn't that the actual logo for ihop i have another regular that drives his brother to dialysis and stops in for breakfast one morning he was wanting to try a new flavor of pancake but he was worried about not having enough points to try what he wanted and because i had some points to spare i used one of my codes, ihop thinks i stole money from the big bosses pocket we'll just call me ihops robin hood your favorite XIhop waitress ❤️

Emili and Steven were so GREAT! Emili was our server and Steven was the manager and cook. They were kind, patient, and very nice. She checked on us and made sure we enjoyed our food. Steven greeted us and made sure we were happy with our food. What an amazing and excellent team. We will definitely be back. 🥰😃
