They are awesome people, amazing service. I was having a bad day, car broke completely down and one of the workers Broke was super nice to offer me a meal. An that really just brightened my day
A customer before me in line claimed that this location messed up his orders on 2 previous trips and they did the same thing today. We'll guess what? I got home after ordering to go a hot sandwich #59 but requested no jalapeños but got home to fing out it had double jalapeños on it! I threw ot away, called and complained and was told I would receive a free same sandwich the next time I go there. I'm not holding my breath.
I give this place 5 stars today strictly because of the guy with the braids on the grill. Seemed like he was the only one actually working had about 10 subs on the grill while everybody else was talking to customers about misc. we had to wait 20 minutes or so because of this and it was not his fault he was doing great and was the only one to apologize for the wait when he’s the only reason it got done.
