“I’ve tried tonkatsu and tantanmen ramen at other places, but the broth was often too heavy with pork flavor. Here, the balance was perfect—rich, flavorful, but not overwhelming. The dragon roll was outstanding, with tempura that stayed super crispy. The ramen broths were deep with umami, and the jellied egg was spot-on. The noodles tasted fresh and homemade, and I enjoyed every bite down to the last drop of broth.
The food was excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best ramen spots I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back for sure!“

“Ordered the tofu basil fried rice. The medium spice was truly medium (to me), and I liked how they used full basil leaves instead of just basil seasoning. The cold cucumber slices were also a nice addition, as it has a nice cold refreshing contrast to the hot rice, and helps cut down on that spiciness that starts to build after a while. I also felt the portion size to lunch price was fair. Customer service was friendly, as well.“
