I see why they lost so much value horrible service
I have been coming to this Starbucks for around a year now, and have had normally positive experiences until this morning. As usual, I go to Starbucks every morning before work on the weekends. I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru, and when I get to the speaker, the store loses power. One worker came out and told all of the cars in the drive-thru that they lost power and was not sure when and if it would be back up. The car in front of me also didn’t get the chance to place their order, but there was a car in front of them that I presume did. We waited for about five minutes, then the cars moved forward. I went to the window as I was unsure of what to do since I did have a mobile order and placed it minutes before the outage. The woman at the drive thru mentioned how I have to say I have one at the speaker (which is a complete figure of speech, the speaker obviously wasn’t working), and when I said that the power was out, she told me to wait next time at the speaker in quite a disrespectful way, when the other worker didn’t even know if it would be back. The rudeness from this employee was off-putting, and did not make me feel valued as a Starbucks customer. Please do better, Starbucks.
On 4/30 I placed a mobile order and soon after realized I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I called the store to let them know and to just give it away. The individual I spoke with was so kind and said when I come back in to let them know the situation and they'd get me a new order. I was so appreciative and wasn't expecting that. The next afternoon, I went in, and the barista at the counter took care of everything. Tyvm!
As a decades long Iced Green Tea Latte fan, I love the new recipe for the Iced Matcha tea latte as well.

Went to the counter and ordered my drink. No smile no hello. Different person made my drink. Young lady in sweatpants with a scowl on her face. Slides my drink at me at the counter. Never looked up, never said hello despite my attempt to get her attention to thank her. Just slid my drink and walked away like she was being bothered. Was it that hard to look up and say something like “thanks have a good day.” And I already tipped her. With attitudes like this I think I’ll stick to Biggby. Whoever hired this woman needs to know she has an attitude.
I recently visited Starbucks and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the customer service. Maria, the staff member who took my order, claimed to have difficulty hearing me and repeatedly asked me to speak up, even when I was already raising my voice. At one point, she even yelled and accused me of trying to make a second order without prior notice, which was not the case. When I asked the lady at the window for her name she said “probably Maria it wouldn’t be the first time” This experience was very bad and I will not return in the future.

Yall have really come a long way. I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years, most mornings I have a little picture or phrase drawn on my cup- shout out to you- for making my mornings!
Like others have said this location is 50/50 with how they want to treat you and make your drink
Basically all of the staff get annoyed at you for ordering a drink but that is their job ❗️one day you’ll get the drink made fine next the lady at the window is rolling her eyes at you trying to argue about a drink you paid for and want
Basically all of the women there besides a few have nothing but nasty personalities. They pick and choose who they make a drink right for.
Mind you they now don’t change more for milks but yet don’t fill the milk up to the top of close

Non cooperative messed up my drink three times
Not sure who is working the drive through microphone ordering 3/8/25 at 1:44pm, but she cannot tell the difference between grande and venti, even after saying we want a venti 5 times. Please take this lady out of the drive through asap! Horrible experience.

Hate this location. 50/50 whether or not they just ignore modifications, and the drink I got today is horribly disgusting. Like a tiny bit of coffee and a liter of water mixed together. Completely undrinkable, waste of like $8
Used the drive through for my visit and the wait time was short and team members were nice. My drink was made perfectly.
