The drive up person was not friendly at all. I did not want whipped topping & it came with whipped topping. She only offered to take it off, which you can't remove all the whipping. The cup was sticky and tasted like flavored water. Worst Carmel frappe ever. Would not recommend this store.

I wanted so bad to update my review stating I went back and my order was fixed. The online department is gaslighting me saying it was a postmastes issue when no where in my order did it say I used Postmates.

Ordered a WHITE hot chocolate. They handed me a regular one. I handed it back to be remade with white mocha instead of regular and guess what !!! They hand me back ANOTHER BROWN ONE !!! Luckily I had my daughter because I would pulled around and went inside and requested a refund because WHAT

I went through the drive through with my brother, first time driving with his liscense and has never done a drive through before, she was incredibly nice and patient while we managed our chaos, I didn’t get her name but it was 2:30p on Friday , august 16

Parking: Parking was good. I’m not pleased with the service i received going to Starbucks. I put in a mobile order at 9:30am. I got to Starbucks at 10:20am. My food and drink was still not ready. When I asked about it they were rude and disrespectful. They told me that the food was running slow. I said okay no problem, I waited for another 15 minutes before I had to ask again for my food and drink. They had told me again that they were behind on orders, I totally understand that they were busy and everything. But I had been waiting almost an hour to get food and a drink. It was still not ready. When I asked about it again I showed them my order, the man and lady were still being rude. Not happy with this experience at all.

I’m not from Canton, Mich so the first stop I saw was Starbucks in Canton, Mich . Needless to say I stood tall waiting for service for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me . No hi , someone will be with you, just nothing . Another guy come in ( white of course and he gets service ) . So I walked out an felt I don’t need to order anything because they may spit in my drink . So the managers need to have a meeting with there staff about service to people of color etc. I’ll never go to this one again

If you're not in a hurry, five minutes is no big deal, but when you need to be somewhere soon, it causes problems. I stopped coming here in the mornings before work for that reason. Today I was lured by a 50% off coupon, and am currently enjoying the summer skies refresher. I usually get a plain latte, iced or hot, but today I just wasn't in the mood for Starbucks burnt tasting coffee. I like the flavour the coconut milk adds, and this drink has the perfect amount of sweetness. You could say the refresher is . . . refreshing. ; )
