I attended their Coffee Tasting Class this month, and it was such an enjoyable time. The class this month showed how to roast coffee beans, provided a lot of great knowledge about the process, and then we got to sample 5 different blends of Sweetwaters' coffee. The staff were friendly and efficient. The cafe was super clean and bright; a perfect place to meet a new business referral partner.
The only thing was that the tea burnt my tongue. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for it to cool off to a drinkable temperature. I realized I could've asked for an ice cube but I was busy with my meeting so I just figured I'd see how long it took to cool down.

Sweetwaters is my favorite Go-To coffee shop. I was in line today and the lady in front of me kept changing her mind, ordered and then saw a sign for some new drinks, she changed again. The cashier (Deven) was patient, professional and answered all her questions. As always, great customer service!!
