Though there was a smell emanating from the bathroom, Katelyn’s service was incredible. She was extremely insightful when asked about menu options and had a welcoming air about her. She made my experience comfortable and my food tasty!

I was super tired and famished when I entered the cafe after working for more than three hours in 90+ degree heat without food or drink (my fault), and I just wanted to express my thanks to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe workers for their generosity towards me because they offered to remake my smoothie for free at the slightest request and they even gave me a free cup of ice-cold water which really helped me out when I left to go work again in the heat.

Lol like that last reviewer I give this location a ton of business, a lot of the locations really. But this is one is my favorite. I think theyve screwed up 1 out of 1000 orders of mine and that one time the MOD made it right immediately. Always professional, accurate and friendly. Staff does an exceptional job providing service and keeping the place clean!
