This is a TERRIBLE location to order takeout from.I know it's a popular place, but their efficiency is really bad. The first thing you hear when you walk through the door is "Does anyone have a pickup order??", which is shouted from the kitchen where 6 or 7 people are all running into each other fielding online orders. Then they look at you like you're crazy if you're actually ordering takeout, at which point someone is delegated to actually come over and take your order.If they're only going to cater to online orders, they need to just put a sign up saying that they only take online orders. The chicken is really good, but the customer service brings this location's overall rating WAY down because people who are stopping in for a bite to eat get treated like a last priority.I don't recommend this location.

This place gets slammed with who knows how many orders. Every time I drive by they are packed from lunch to midnight. Every time I went in I had to wait yes, but I got the food I ordered. Considering every time I've been here there's only been two or three employees trying to cook, clean, and take orders and also dealing with door dashers shoving their phones in the workers faces a demanding that their food be ready soon. Seems like they're really overwhelmed and the district manager should really limit how many orders this particular place can accept, because it looks like they're juggling hundreds of online orders at any given time after lunch.

So, I was extra tired from a long day at work and I just wanted some wingstop. There was a wonderful young man with honey blonde and black dreads at the counter. He was very kind and attentive. He even checked about the wait time on my order. His presence with other customers was immaculate. The atmosphere was calm and they play all the good songs in the back. 10/10 would come back

Tried this location twice and was extremely terrible both times. The first time the food was terribly over seasoned and the customer service was horrible. Tried it again a second time this past week and not much has changed. We ordered online and once the status changed to “you order should be ready” I knew there’d be a issue. Once we arrived it was can additional 20 minutes to be handed an order that had been sitting and was now cold. The associates are unfriendly and definitely not customer service driven. Not a good look for this location. Reading previous reviews, seems like the management team/owners have no sense of urgency to fix any of the problems that so many have complained about.

Wanted to try this out for the first time and was pretty disappointed. Fries were too salty for my taste and the chicken wings is something you'd order from the gas station. It'll do its job to fill you up when you're hungry, but definitely look elsewhere if you want something better.
