My first and probably last time ordering from here. It is pointless ordering online 4 hours in advance, if their not going too print out the ticket so the food is made. I suppose I have no other choice then too leave the party and go back out in the cold to get my late order.
Very Rude manager. A woman named “Lou”. It took 40 mins for my order. Once I got it, my ranch dressing were left out of the order. I drove back up there (in the snow) and “Lou”, the manager says “the ranch were in the bag. I packed them myself.” My wife is on the phone while I’m there telling “Lou” there are no ranch dressings in the bag!”
Lou pulls the receipt and reluctantly gives me the ranch dressings.

Was excited to try this. Went 3 times since they been open. First time was a complete mess. Was told 45 min. Got there a hour later and still had to wait 30 more mins. Second time was during the week and was faster. Last time was last night. Ordered online. Was told 53-68 min Ordered at 5:10pm. Got to pick up at 6:30 food wasn’t ready. Told another 20 min. Go back 20 min later still not ready told another 20 min. Needless to say we did not get our food until 7:50pm...read full review
