This is our go to breakfast place! We love the quiet sunrise over the lake in the winter with the porch converted into a Christmas collage. The servers are always friendly, and the food is fresh.

The restaurant itself was so cute! The food was great. I also got 2 of their speciality cheesecakes. I highly recommend the desserts. Service was fast and we were in and out in around an hour. The view of the lake was also extremely beautiful. I would have taken a photo if I didn't miss it with the Sun already setting. It is homey and cozy. It would be a cute road trip/ date spot.

Honestly, Harbor Lights Grille was such a warm place and we loved our meal. I cannot say enough good things. We stopped by after driving almost 2 hours in the pouring rain and it was close to closing. Immediately upon walking in, the staff welcomed us and were so warm and friendly. We were even gifted another salad when originally we were going to share one. The 3-piece cod special was well-portioned for me and such a great deal, as I almost couldn't finish. They are larger in person than they may look in the photo! They were light and perfectly fried, though I wish there was a bit more spices. The sidewinders were perfection. The extensive house-made desserts were delicious and light and the decorations all around truly embodied the lake-living spirit. Being from out of town, we felt so welcomed! Perfect for dates or family dining, I would recommend dining here for a well-priced and delicious meal where you feel like family.

Easy five ...quaint, cute, great view friendly fast good size portions best of all delicious. Small menu but when you're off the beaten path it's necessary to minimize waste, besides they have somehow check the important boxes. If I wanted to flip out on something it would be to wash the windows. Simply so one can enjoy the view to the max BTW very reasonable priced under $20 for a full dinner I got the white fish the Mrs got chicken breast, she tried to throw in the Towle but couldn't do it and finished with a clean plate

The portions were huge. They were very nice and busy! The atmosphere was cozy and if you got a water side table, it was beautiful! We left too stuffed to get desert, but they had so many options we will have to go back on an empty stomach.

For all of the great reviews and recommendations, this food was not worth it. Got the cedar planked whitefish. Fish was ok. The potato’s tasted old and they basically dumped canned corn on top. Salad was just cut up iceberg lettuce with one cucumber on top. Place was also very dirty. Over heard the staff cleaning the table and training a new girl that the cleaning solution was super diluted and don’t use alot to clean the tables, the managers don’t like that. Our waitress was pleasant, but not over the top.

Very peaceful place, good food, family run. Sits on Lake Paradise in the village of Carp lake. Tables by the window are right on the water

Great food and service. The club sandwich is so far my favorite. Nice relaxing view of Paradise Lake. Has a great cabin feel inside. My 2nd trip and will be back more often.

The service was horrible, but the food was absolutely amazing. I went last 20 minutes without a drink, left thirsty, sat forever without getting service, and when I did it was horrible. We were passing through and stopped. Won't go back, but did love the food.

This place is so good, we ate dinner there one evening and went back for breakfast! For dinner we both ordered the whitefish, regular broiled & panko crusted. Both were phenomenal beautifuly presented and some of the best we've had, we are very discerning fish eaters. Pic is the panko crusted whitefish. If ypu make it up to tje Carp lale, Mackinaw area, make it a point to stop here!

Not real fancy however, the food was the best I've eaten in Northern Michigan in the 6 years I've lived up here. The staff were wonderful, very kind, knowable of menue items and efficient. The view was very pretty we will definitely be eating there again.
