3- 1/2 slices of ham on my sub they owed me a ham and cheese because they put lettuce on first one and bread was burnt so they put me in book i just ordered got home its bread with not even 3 full slices of ham but 3 half slices no mayo if I wanted bread and cheese I wouldn't have gone out i could have done at home this is ridiculous

My wife and I both had grinders and they were pretty good. So we decided to have dessert, big mistake. My wife had a hot fudge brownie Sunday that had mostly wip cream in it and only about 2 table spoons of ice cream. I had a Strawberry cheesecake flurry that was blended so much that there wasn’t any chunks of strawberry or cheese cake to speak of and it was very runny. Didn’t eat but a couple bites of it and started digging through it and everything was puréed. Went into the trash, both of ours. Worst ice cream I have ever gotten in my 59 years. Will not be back and will make sure all my friends hear about it.

Ordered a chocolate shake. Got a vanilla shake that just tastes like milk. I watched the girl make it and she ran out of chocolate syrup but instead of opening a new one she took the easy way out and didn’t do her job. This place used to be a place where the ice cream was great and the service was amazing. Won’t be coming back.

The worst ice cream I’ve ever had in my life, got a salted caramel sundae with no hot fudge, no caramel, no pecans just vanilla ice cream and some sort of nasty chocolate caramel candy. Passing through town and wanting ice cream keep driving don’t waste your money.

Threw my chocolate covered strawberry Sunday away. It was a absolute mess. The girl actually handed me a Sunday cup full of soup... The thing was so runny it could have been colored water. And I had to ask for napkins. I tossed it all couldn't even try and eat it. It was such a mess. Had to use a bottle of water to wash my hands I couldn't touch anything. Horrible service Horrible ice cream.

I just threw the entire chocolate covered strawberry Sunday away
.... The girl behind the counter handed it to me and it was a mess the cup was covered in icecrem. I asked for a napkins and she then put them out side..... I was the only person here and she watched me struggle and couldn't not care less that she was horrible at making the Sunday. I threw the entire thing away... It was not edible it just was such a mess. 1:12 on July 20th.... I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money on the over priced crapy made ice cream go to mcdonald's and just get a cone
Ice cream is pretty good! Kinda pricey but it's worth it! I highly recommend the coconut shake if you like that sort of flavor and also the BBQ grinder it's delicious ? you get good sized portions! Hours are kinda funny though. So if your looking for a good ice cream and a bite to eat here is the place!

One of the best ice cream sandwiches I have ever tasted great customer service. Good pricing. The idea of putting the ice cream sandwiches in a ziploc bag and a great one means that my hands don't get sticky and there are no drips It's such an obviously good idea. I'm surprised that no one else came up with it before now, but here we are.

Yum yum yuuuuuumm!!!! Heralds has the best soft serve!! And as noticed in the pictures their portions are HUUUGE! (I asked for a cup and it filled it all the way and I still had a lot left in my cone!?) Let's goooooo Harold's!!!!!!
