I love finding old-school family restaurants that have high quality. I can tell you that the salad bar is small, but it is handcrafted and fresh hourly. My buddy goes here every night when he is deer hunting and he's used to some of the best food you could imagine but this place is so satisfying and such a great value that HS couldn't stay away, which is the only reason I get a chance to experience this wonderful restaurant.
Sometimes the best food can be found in small, quaint, unexpected places... Go. Try the bourbon pork chops! The frog legs are definitely worth stopping for. The perch and smothered burritos were amazing! Nice, fresh salad bar. Just go. Try everything!
