Waited 45 minutes with multiple people working for a bagel and a coffee. Maybe 5-6 people were waiting the entire time. Bagel was then cold. Disappointed.

Was given a cracked cup that filled my cup holder in both spots, didn’t notice it immediately so when i went to drink it it then spilled all over me. Coffee tasted good for the sip that i got but poor cup design.

I went in on Wednesday sometime between 9-11AM. I usually go through the drive through at this place and only sometimes do I get a welcoming worker on the other end. This time I went inside. I walked into this store thinking I’d get a different situation than I usually do through the drive through. They always seem to struggle with my Raspberry Crème Mocha frozen latte order so I went inside this time. The three ladies at the counter were all talking to this young gentleman in front of me waiting for his drink. He had already ordered from what it looked like to me. I stood politely behind him waiting my turn. When I walked up to the counter, I was smiling and I said, “Good morning”. Not one of those three women said good morning back or even smiled at me. Not one of them said, “Hi, how can I help you?” They all three just stared at me waiting for me to speak my order to them. I was shocked at this lack of greeting from three workers standing right there staring at me.
Please Biggby do better about training your staff on customer service. I work with the public and I always smile and greet customers even if I don’t feel like it. My food was fine from this location but this isn’t the attitude I’m used to getting. My local Biggby in Three Rivers always has nice and welcoming staff. I’m not sure what happens in Cassopolis to make everyone so upset and sometimes rude but this location needs some attention.

Stopped in rather than driving through. The asstants were kind and prompt, making our drinks just the way we like them. Nice clean establishment. Quiet space with very nice employees!

Only person in line at first. recieved sandwich right away. Waited over 15 min for 1 drink. Got home to eat my sandwich. DID NOT enjoy the uncooked, pale, slimy bacon on my sandwich. So gross! Burnt bagel and cheese btw. Won't be back! 🤮

The two working yesterday late afternoon no welcome in no smiles, did not look I accidentally spilled something, would not remake ny drink( like most locations do) was sitting calmly there using the Wi-Fi but because of a miscommunication they took my accidental drink spill the wrong way they though I spilled it on purpose when I came back in November it was much more friendly and of course when you guys first opened everyone was friendly and energetic , also one of them misjudges me all the time I think it’s because I look different than most of the Regulars that come in there both baristas were short nice to there regulars but when I came up they stopped smiling I love the atmosphere of this one and that’s why I came should have gone to the one I know is always friendly and treats guests and regulars with love
