They take so long to give service at the drive thru. I waited & waited for the lady to come to the window but she was doing everything else & helping other people. The whole reason I went thru the drive thru was for quick service. Also, the drive thru lot can surely mess up someone's car. They need new pavement so be careful driving thru there

Waited in the drive thru forever for the person in front of me to get a sandwich than waited again for a ice water when I pulled the window 3 people just standing there joking around it’s the slowest biggby ever

I live a block away. I have been here numerous times. The drive thru is absolutely terrible. I tried to tough it out again this morning and after sitting at the window for 10 mins (we were originally THE ONLY CAR THERE) and 4 more cars behind me and my hot drinks were RIGHT THERE by the window and they decided to take all of the peoples orders that had gone inside because they were sick of waiting in the drive through. We left. This location needs to learn how to take care of people in the order in which they arrived. We ordered 2 hot coffees. Thats it. Get it together!!

My fiancé has been going to this location every day for months and after a few weeks he talked me into trying Biggby Coffee after years of loving Starbucks. I instantly loved it. I to started going every day for the last 4 months that I have lived in Cassopolis with him. Lately, the service is terrible and extremely slow. I went in this morning and waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. After weeks of us both saying that we are done going to this location, I am finally over it. We both order the same coffee every day, and every time it tastes different. We've waited 10 minutes inside just to order. We noticed that drive thru customers are priority, so we would try the drive thru, still waiting 20 + minutes. I understand it gets busy, I've worked in fast food before, but even when there's 1 car in the drive thru and 2 customers inside, it still takes way longer then it should. I would rather drive to a different location way out of the way, then continue to support this location. If I'm going to spend $15+ every day for coffee, I'd rather spend that money where I get quick service and my coffee actually tastes good.
