The ladies at this coffee shop are a breath of fresh air early in the morning. I get my coffee there every other day and I am ALWAYS greeted with smiles. So if you want some great coffee and a ray of sunshine? Then try Biggby in Cassopolis MI.
They always have the best customer service and genuinely make my days better ! But today they went above and beyond with their exceptional service. The wait was a little longer than normal due to a backup on bagels and a wonderful barista came out with my coffee and mentioned that they paid it forward due to the long wait . Please please please listen to your customers. Being I worked at Biggby when I want extra caramel garnish in my cup I want it up and down my cup not on top of my whipped cream. Also please stir the thicker syrups in. It tastes better. Sandwiches are bomb though.
