I ordered a shake through the drive through. I live 2 minutes away. While getting out of my car, I dropped the shake. I immediately called the restaurant hoping they would replace the shake. Manager cuts me off and says thats not really our problem. I said I know its not but it would have been great customer service. 😒 I understand they aren't responsible for food once it leaves the property but it was really about how the manager responded. I had a time stamped receipt that showed it had been less than 5 minutes since I ordered the shake. It really goes to show that this McDonald's doesnt care about customer service. 😒

Got coffee here, normal for Mcdonalds. Everyone was quite friendly. Good place to watch the trains go by. Menu is typical for a mcdonalds.

When you order coke zero you should get coke zero. Instead I received Dr Pepper. If im a diabetic I don't want my sugar to spike. Thanks McDonald's for messing up a simple drink.

They were struggling. Orders were wrong, incorrectly made, and took a long time to get. You kind of expect a certain (usually low) level at McD's, but this didn't even meet that low bar. It would seem they were understaffed because all the team working were rushing about doing what they could to just survive.
Went and got an egg McMuffin. Nobody was manning the cash register so had to wait extra for long that. But my sandwich was good.

The McDonald’s in Cassopolis Michigan is so convenient and the food is really good. What stands out the most is the workers. They take pride and what they do and I always see people cleaning the parking lot and planting flowers, etc. I’ve had some of the best burgers at the Cassopolis, Michigan location.

me and my hubby just went to McDonald'sin Cassopolis Michiganwe ordered the Minecraft meals the 10-piece nugget and the Big Mac .once we got to the second window and ask about the Collectibles we were told in order to get the collectibles that we had to order our meal as a .what the hell is the ? because it does not say on their sign nor does it say online that you have to order the bundle. so if you want the collectiblesdon't go to McDonald's in Cassopolis because honestly I feel totally ripped off because I don't eat these meals we don't eat these we only bought them to get the collectiblesand instead we got cold fries and stale nasty . I don't even want to feed this crap to my dog.
