I grew up in Cass and graduated in 1981. The Twirl today is awesome! Living in Fort Wayne Indiana we traveled back to back weekend and had to get the delicious food and the service is spectacular! Keep doing what you're doing! Proud of my hometown place on the beach!

Samantha just put this place to shame to us. We’ve been loyal customers here for years. We spend so much money here every summer and have always had the best service till today. My husband and my kids and I went up to get ice cream and she was very rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. She insisted that the lady serving us our ice cream does not hand us our ice cream until my kids had shoes on, mind you every single time we’ve came in here we’ve never had that problem. We’ve dined in and weve carried food out to the beach/ patio. Samantha yells at the girl at the cash register handing us our ice cream and proceeds telling us to have our kids wait outside to so we can get our ice cream. I couldn’t believe it. How could I have my 6 and 7 year old wait outside the restaurant by themselves as we grab their ice cream?!!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn’t have one on the shift. So I asked if Samantha was the manager and she said no she’s not. I’m completely fathomed and how disrespected and horribly we were treated here today. It’s Memorial Day and we were ready to spend a good amount of money here today. I can definitely say we will not be back and I will be sure to spread the word around about how horrible the service here is now. Please hire better and less ghetto employees and you might just keep your loyal customers.

Everything here is handmade and fresh. Love all the food but the chicken fingers are the best you'll ever have! And the staff is so kind and helpful. We live pretty far away but make it a point to drive up as often as we can because the food is THAT good.

First time trying this place, had the chicken wrap & it was amazing! Staff was amazing as well. My receipt wouldn't print so I told them to text it to me later as I needed it to get reimbursed for a work lunch, as soon as I walked out, my receipt printed and they actually ran it out to me and caught me before I left.

Since they reopened I. March the customer service needs some work. The customer service there is nit good. Grumpy with customers food nit the same quality. Will be taking my business to the new bbq down the street.

Bryan, Who was cooking the day I came is a former five star chef, and I could really taste the quality coming out of the kitchen. The server Meghan was very busy but took great care of me bringing two different sauces for the perfectly fried onion rings that went along with my fish sandwich on rye. If you’re anywhere near Cassopolis, MI it’s worth a stop for the view, the delicious food and the friendly efficient staff. They have delicious ice cream too, but it’s not ice cream weather today.
Parking: About 20 spaces that might be a little crowded in the summer, but November plenty of room
