They need to listen to their customers requests. It is sad that you use the drive thru and find you asked for extra sauce but only received 1 but have more than 1 sandwich. Then you call and basically they don't care. Bad customer service!! I had a bad experience the last time I was there and thought I'd give it another try..NOT AGAIN! This only pertains to the Arby's in Cedar Springs.
tiny nuggets. I paid $3.50 for 6 tiny little nuggets???
lesson learn. BK is across the street.

Your manager Tyler E Andrew’s actually needs gone! I’ve never encountered a situation where my complaint says specifically “fired” !!!
1. Spoken rude to by lower level window cashier
2. TOLD not apologized for... told by above mentioned manager “we didn’t speak to you rudely”
3. More rudeness during conversation; for which SHOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED in such manner

Arby's offers delicious and warm sandwiches, as well as cold and thick milkshakes. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly and quick. The food is fresh and quick to arrive. This Arby's is conveniently located right off the highway. Customers appreciate the alternative to a fast food burger and mention the good food and quick service. The order has always been correct. The assistant manager provided exceptional service and was extremely friendly.
