Love the Argonne! The food is consistently good, and it’s one of my favorite spots for a date night. That said, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the steak. Every time I’ve tried it, I’ve been disappointed. On the other hand, their seafood especially the shrimp along with their pasta dishes are always delicious and never disappoint. Overall, it’s a great restaurant, cozy atmosphere and plenty of excellent menu options.
When I was growing up, I loved the Argonne supper club and had fond memories of how delicious the shrimp, homemade bread, coleslaw and sides were. We hadn't been for several years, so we recently booked a family celebration there. I was hoping that the food would be as good as I remembered...........and it was! Their clamari appetiser is delicious with its inclusion of fried spicy pepper rings and pickled vegetable shavings. Their stuffed mushrooms are juicy and crunchy...
