I would have rated it a 3, but my wife loved her food. Service is chill, which equates to dreadfully slow (both times we were there). Between her bowl and latte we waited 20 minutes, and they weren’t even that busy. Basically forced to order via kiosk. Lacks human feel, feels very transactional.
Good smoothies but experience was impersonal and complicated because it was all automated by a kiosk. The order was not saved and it took much longer to get an order. There was no room to wait and the environment was not cozy
This is the third place I've visited for coffee and Charlevoix and it's the only legit place I've been to yet. Cappuccino made perfectly with correct proportions. Using their own chai mix to make a light slightly sweet version. There's even a good selection of matcha. The staff were so friendly and helpful. You order from a kiosk outside with a buzzer to pick up from the window or you can go inside to a cozy spot or sit outside under a lovely umbrella and order...
