The food was decent, the restaurant was clean. The waitress wasn't friendly. She actually made a gagging face when asked about some food options. She wouldn't let us split our bill because we had more than 6 people. She never asked us how our food was. Anyone that came in the door was told it was an hour wait. Also our bill had 20% gratuity added to it. I'm glad I saw that before I tipped her anything more.
Stopped in for our first time all summer but didn’t stay not full but they told us honestly there would be a wait because the other boy server was also tending bar. Hostess should have pitched to help. Amm no pity because it’s a cute place land great location.
Went here for dinner with eight Friends and Family. The place is right in the middle of downtown Charlevoix directly across from the city Marina. There is no mistaking the fact that this is a Tavern - the menu is filled with burgers, wraps, a reuben, pastrami, clam chowder, salads and blackened salmon along with a steak or two. The service was great - the waiter had our drinks out in five minutes and the order from the kitchen was on target - every dish was correct. The place...
