First time to GG and it was a nice experience with many options. There was 3 of us and all had something different from the Walleye, Beat Salad w/ Salmon, & Cherry salad w/ chicken. All were good but just not exceptional. Would recommend it for sure when in the area! The setting is very nice and in an old house, but once you enter would never know that you are in a house.
Had a very nice dinner at Grey Gables the night before we headed to Beaver Island for a long weekend. Whitefish was delicious, but do recommend subbing out the cous cous for the whipped potatoes. My opinion at least! Restaurant was busy and service was good. The bar was also packed. They have a little bit of a different menu, but the vibe seemed really fun. Will try that next time!
My husband and I were passing through town and decided to stop in as we were staying next-door at the Belvedere B&B. We opted to sit in the bar area and had Eve as a server. My husband had the prime rib special and I had the Walleye. Both were delicious. we could not be happier with the food and the service and wish we could come back more regularly.
