Excellent selection of fresh and smoked fish caught right from Lake Michigan! Staff is friendly and helpful. They cut the large pieces to the size and weight you want. If you need ice, no problem, they provide a bag of it to you for free. Highly recommend for your fresh fish needs.
Last year (June 2025) we came here to have our lake trout smoked on the recommendation of a fishing guide. I planned poorly and scheduled the fishing outing the day before we were leaving town, leaving little time to get the smoking done. The staff went way above and beyond and were able to get our fish brined and smoked before we left. To top it off, it was the best s.oked teout I'd ever had. When we came back again this year, I planned better and gave them more time....
First of all they are very welcome! The fish is WOW!! Definitely guys go there to buy smoked fish and smoked sausage!they will put with ice so you can be safe. Thank you !! I will come back 🤗
